Super friendly staff here...I was in and out fast. Wide selection, if it's not in stock they'll ship it to you! Jack was very personalable and knowledgeable regarding what I needed and the fit of the shoes. I'd definitely recommend!

Super helpful staff, they help you every step of the way! They have walking shoes, running shoes, hiking shoes, sandals, and a fancy machine that tells you where the pressure in your feet is. Highly recommend that you have Piper help you too, she is wonderful!!!!!

They have a great shoe machine that will measure your weight distribution and then they will match you for the best shoe for you. It was a really cool system! Salesperson was very nice and they had a good selection of high quality shoes. Very attentive and extremely knowledgeable, he stretched out my right side where my toes were hitting to close so that I had the best fit. Really went above and beyond!

We just had Excellent service by a very knowable person. This is the first Time I understand the difference between a cheaper outlet store shoe, and the quality products offered by this Shoe Fly. David explained so well and was so quick and able to see our needs were many. I was so pleased with the service of two that I came back late day with the rest of my family. The gentleman at this store knows his stuff. I went in to get Brooks Walking shoes since we were going to be visiting Washginton DC and doing a lot of walking. They were exactly what I needed to avoid foot pain that I had been having. After we finished the day in DC, my wife was complaining about her shoes hurting her feet so we stopped back by and bought a pair of Brooks Ghost shoes for her, at his recommendation, and they have been great. He knew exactly what we needed for our different foot issues and the store had the perfect shoes in stock.

I took my mom here for diabetic sandals. They had a good selection.The staff was helpful and she purchased a cute pair that fit her needs. My only concern was that as a handicapped customer, the ramp was really far from the handicapped parking. The nearby option was a few stairs that were convenient.

The older gentlemen working checked my foot size, gave me an honest opinion based on my questions from previous shoe sales work to help me find the optimal shoe for my current job / ankle problems. He also put my shoe on and tied it for me. Very old school and professional. Will be recommending.

Walked in and just have to say, best shoe service ever!! Checked my size, picked a shoe for me based on my needs. Put the shoe on me, even tied the laces. They fit perfectly, just what I needed. Nick is the man. Best service ever. Just go here for your shoes!

Very knowledgeable people. Nick took the time to discuss options and sizes after I was referred to them from my podiatrist Hopefully Shoefly Management recognizes good people when they have them. My foot doctor sent me to Shoe Fly knowing how desperate I was to get shoes that could help my highly aching feet. I stand for a living! So I went right over. The sales associate Zack made it painless! He was kind, proper, well informed and very very nice and easy to talk to. He put me in a shoe that immediately I could feel the difference! Hope tomorrow is the first of many less aching days for my feet!! My feet have been in the wrong shoes for so long and the wrong size and width that the correct shoes might take a bit to get use to. The sales people were a huge help with a special order. They went the extra mile to help out, and spent a lot of time to make sure everything was correct before we made our purchase. This is our 3rd purchase here and they have always been very helpful.

This store has GREAT shoes!!! High End comfortable footwear. It is pricey, but well worth it. All of the great quality brands, Ugs, Fit Flops, Alegria, Naot, Berkinstock, and much more. If you care about your feet, this is the store for you.

Was really happy here. They used an electronic foot measurer that measured the weight distribution in your feet, and they found the perfect shoes for us! Will definitely go back!
