A MUST SHARE EXPERIENCE! After at least 5 months of searching for my daughter's first car, from here to W.V., Pennsylvania, Rockville and everywhere in-between we literally found it in our own back yard! Thank you so much Andrew Caroglanian (owner) and Randy (used car manager) for making a horrid journey pleasant in the end. A few weeks ago I purchased a use 2006 Dodge Ram from Automax. After a search of many months for the perfect older used truck I had been looking for, I found it at this dealer. I emailed Andrew a dozen questions about the truck he had for sale, and expressed some issues with the truck that would keep me from making a purchase. Andrew was extremely responsive to all my questions and even agreed to make some cosmetic fixes if it got me to make a purchase with his company. Needless to say, he made the fixes, above and beyond what any other used car dealer would have done, and I made the purchase. The price we negotiated through emails was the number on the bottom line of the bill of sale. No hidden charges and added fees. Andrew was very trustworthy in the information he provided, was upfront in his negotiation, and had a no pressure attitude. I truly believe, and felt, that Andrew takes pride in being an honest dealer who wants those that buy from him to come back and buy some more. I felt he was looking at the long game of repeat customers instead of the quick buck that most used dealers seem to want. I waited a few weeks to write this as I wanted to see how the old truck would work out. So far it is going strong and couldn't be happier with my purchase. When I look for another used car, I definitely would go back and deal with Andrew and Automax.

Randy and Andrew were exceptional! We spent a couple days looking, test driving and considering purchasing a truck at Automax of Frederick. Randy was extremely helpful and patient. We identified issues we had with the truck on the first test drive and he immediately corrected them the very next day. They both even stayed well past closing just to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone to Automax of Frederick!

Fantastic experience purchasing a vehicle for my 17 year old son. I’ve bought a lot of cars, and this place is one I’ll come back to again and again! Easy negotiations, the vehicles are all in pristine condition, and when I pulled up to sign the final papers and saw Andrew hand-cleaning a vehicle for a specific customer, I knew it was right. He even delivered my son’s car directly to my house since I’m a single mom. Thank you for making this process painless and stress free!

I was a little skeptical at first, because of a small dealership. But I did see a vehicle that I was interested in. Andrew came out and talked to us about the vehicle at closing time. Took it for a test drive. The next day, my husband called Andrew to see if he could come get the vehicle to take it to another garage to have it looked at. Andrew told him he could take it to 16 garages that he didn't care how many he took it to. So of course when my husband called me and told me he had to vehicle I was a little shocked! Everything that we was told about the vehicle, was confirmed by the other garage, so when we went back that night, we got a great deal on a trade in.
I would absolutely 100%, go back to this dealership before a big dealership! Andrew is not pushy! He is very honest. He answered all the questions. It was the best experience I've had at a dealership ever! Thanks so much to Andrew!!

We were to purchase from another dealer. The night before they called and said it sold. We scrambled looking for another pilot and stumbled across Automax of Frederick & we’re so glad we did! Randy was great! Super nice (& funny) to work with. He immediately told us of a minor issue that he wasn’t able to fix before we got there but was upfront and even went above expectations and did a few other things as well. We weren’t able to take it with us that day however Andrew delivered it to us today and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We will definitely purchase from here again. I purchased my car from Andrew the Owner Of Automax and man this guy works his tail off to get you just the right deal. He beat everyone in price in the local area hell to be honest he beat the price of everyone within 25 miles or more. Real easy to deal with and the process was the simplest one I have done out of many over the years. If I need another in the future I know where I am going Automax. I didn't get any compensation for writing this review but hey if Andrew wants to hand me a Ulysses S. Grant I wont turn it down.
