Better service as I can say than before. People are kind of observant in the customer needs. I had a guy I asked on where I can find those gift cards isle display and in my surprised he escorted me to the location where I was there earlier standing. Overall, I'd like the service this time.

Dr Michele Harrel at the Minute Clinic is an amazing person and doctor. She truly cared about my little sister and took all the time to make sure she was taken care of. God bless her! I highly recommend her to everyone. 💕

Someone needs to give Miss Kelly a break or vacation. I blame her poor attitude on an over worked schedule. Disappointing when customer service workers are snippy and snarky from the start of a conversation. I too, also work in health care but regardless of how stressful my day is going the last thing I do is give my customer/patient a bad attitude.

We moved from giant Eagle pharmacy to CVS near Walmart Frederick, because it was closer to our are home. After filling 2 prescription in one month period we are considering going back to our old pharmacy. automated phone service was the worst after calling to find out the status of my prescription. 15 minutes on the phone I had to hang up. The lady at the pharmacy was nice when i finally got through to a human.

Prescription was supposed to be ready at 5:20PM yesterday. Showed up at 6:00PM and was told it wasn’t ready yet. Waited 40 minutes, checked in and was told I can wait but it will still be a while before it’s ready. How are you not embarrassed to tell me that? Came back today and waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Every car was assisted except they closed the blinds when I got up to the window because apparently they take lunch from 1:30PM-2:00PM. That would be nice to know, maybe put that in your hours. Here again, arrived at 2:45PM, still waiting in the drive-thru at the 3:40PM. Slow as molasses.

Was waiting for an over the counter medicine to be searched by a front desk worker (who was white). He told me to wait, as another customer only had one item (an old white man). I did, and waited only for the white man to ask for something in the back, and this front desk worker to ignore us and take 7 more minutes to get this white dudes request I stead of conducting a simple search for our item (which was also one thing). So, the old white guy was served, and not me (I identify as they them- and he also stared at us a lot.
So if you like white supremely and discrimination, visit the front counter at CVS today!!

PLEASE NOTE this does not apply to the pharmacy or clinic. They do a lovely job.

I was there 20 minutes at the pharmacy just trying to pickup some Sudafed. I got the card needed with instructions to go to the pharmacy and wait in line. When the lady there finally interacted with me, she told me to get into the consultation line and the lady there would help me. I waited another ten minutes and when it was finally my turn, (mind you there was no line per se, one man was in front of me) that employee saw what I needed and told me to get into the line that I was previously in! That lady continued to bumble along taking forever and at this point I saw that I had been there 20 minutes and left in frustration.
No one bothered to check with me initially to see what I needed and it irks me that neither employee seemed to know what the other was doing---meanwhile the pharmacist saw all of this play out and did say a thing to streamline this process.
Horrible employee service! Thanks for nothing CVS!

I’ve said this before, but worst CVS I have ever experienced. And this will be my last visit for good. I can’t say I’ve ever had a good experience at any CVS pharmacy, but this is by far the worst. Spent one week trying to get meds filled. My insurance spoke directly with this store to get things approved. One week later, they finally start processing it. I spend all day on the phone with insurance for one pesky medication. No one could figure out why that one was on hold. Spent all day on the phone with insurance, insurance verified with the store I was approved for the med, and I called the CVS exactly 10 times through the day to verify if meds were ready/approved. I was told they were ready to pick up when I called. I waited two hours, called again, and was told they need another hour. I show up an hour before close. There was a long long line and I know their busy. But I left with no medications. I needed 5 of them, left with none. They were not ready. And the 10 people ahead of me in line…seemed like more often than not they each had a problem.
I don’t know the solution. But having more experienced staff would be a plus, and adequate staff in general. They close the drive thru because it’s too busy to handle. The turnover is clearly high. The cashier told me it’s only her second day and she couldn’t help me. She sent me to the drop off line after 45 minutes of her trying to figure out how to check me out. The drop off lady was clearly newer too, and seemed to have to direct everyone else. Blind leading the blind. I’m in healthcare so I understand being busy and I’m trying to be understanding. But now I am without a medication I desperately needed that night after trying for a week to get it. This healthcare system is distorted and not sure I even want to work for a system like this anymore. As long as they get their money, right?

Online the pharmacy hours are open until 9 pm, went at 7 tonight to get my daughter’s new antibiotic now the 2nd one she’s trying and they were CLOSED with a paper sign saying they close at 6 pm now! 6pm!!!! Unbelievable! I HATE that our insurance makes us use CVS and it’s not the first time I’ve come to this cvs and the pharmacy was magically closed in the middle of the day one time….

I’ve been coming here for years same thing rude pharmacy. My second time to see if my prescription was available I was in line and I got there exactly at 1:30 pm and two other people were behind me. Anyways while I was waiting for a good 10 minutes there one person in front of me lady said they had to go to lunch the rest have to come back at 2:00pm. I mean why didn’t they put up a sign when people coming in “Going to lunch please come back at 2:00pm or have half of your employees go to lunch the other half goes after. I mean if it was me I will worry about going to lunch when I’m done with the rest of the line. People need meds and kids as well that is my priority if I was a pharmacist. I understand you need to go to lunch but please set some rules. Managers have a meeting how would they fix this problem when it does come up when you have people waiting in line for their meds and everyone has to go to lunch at once that’s ridiculous. So at the end of the day I didn’t get my meds for my daughter. I made my wife get it because I couldn’t anymore I was upset with the staff and she was very rude. I’m not coming back to this store again.

This has to be the worst CVS pharmacy in the state. The drive-thru is closed more than open. When I asked why, they said they are understaffed. That means you have to park and stand in a long line with many other frustrated customers. Call in refills and the automated voice says when it will be ready. Go there a day after that and they say it’s not filled yet. Corporate needs to take action, as this is killing their reputation in the community.

Absolute worst CVS. I'm writing this at 6:30pm, standing in line for a prescription that I attempted to pick up an hour ago, that was supposed to be ready at 11:30am. My first attempt had me waiting in the car line of the drive-thru for over half an hour only to find out that my prescription hadn't been processed and I needed to come back in half an hour. When I came back there was cardboard taped over the drive-thru window, so I had to come inside and stand in line for another 20 minutes. I have put up with the complete ineptitude and lack of professionalism of the pharmacy only because of how extremely convenient the location is, but at this point I'm prepared to drive further out of my way, just to not have to deal with a drive thru that is often randomly closed, extremely long wait lines, prescriptions *never* being ready on time, an utter lack of communication, and zero apologies or grace around how these factors can impact people who need medication for their health and wellbeing.

Such a waste of time. Moved here from out of state, called to see what I needed to do to fill a prescription. I was told my Dr needed to send in a new script. I contacted my doctor and they did just that. Went to pick up my prescription and first I was told they didn’t have the medication to fill the whole prescription, then I was told my profile had 0 refills which is impossible because my doctor told me the new script gave me two. Last after three of them talked for a few minutes I was told that this location was not taking any more patients with my medication and that all the staff should know this. I was informed to try Walmart. I will not be going to CVS ever again. Walgreens will now have my business. This place was such a waste of time and had horrible service. I would give them 0 Stars if that was an option. Now I have to start this whole process with my Dr over.
