I feel like Cinderella only with boots. Actually found a pair that does not fatigue my feet or my legs nor do my toes get cramped. Really glad that they also carry the boa technology. All staff members are friendly and extremely helpful that go above and beyond.

All three employees in the store at the time did a great job helping me find the right boot. They were very patient and extra informative. This was the 3rd redwing I had been to and they didn't seem to care about helping me out or giving me options.

The associate listened to what I needed and found me the correct shoe.

Same as always. Fast friendly and helpful. I was actually surprised that they had my boots in stock. (I have an extra wide foot and even with the kingtoe I typically have to order and wait) however I did send them out as I always get the toe cap installed.

There was a young gentleman named Alex here. He was so helpful and easy to talk to. There were about 5 customers, including myself, and he tended to us all and made it look effortless. That man deserves a raise!

I have several times benefitted from good customer service at this Redwing Store in Frederick. I found Brian particularly to be helpful and have seen him helping others very professionally too. He goes out of his way to make customers happy and doesn’t think twice about it. They are lucky to have him. He is such a hard worker.
I have occasionally purchased different kinds of Redwing Shoes for work, for about 15 years. I’ve found the shoes to be of exceedingly high quality, both the leather uppers and the welts. The regular leather ones breath really well year-round. I like to wear moisture-wicking wool socks with these shoes in both hot and cold weather.
With quality materials, time-tested designs and good customer service, I’d say Redwing Frederick is running on all cylinders. Thank you so much guys.

PS: I have also bought a Redwing belt here (real leather, hard to find nowadays) and Carhart
clothing, which really stand up to real working conditions!

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. Walked me through the store and recommended a boot for my foot type. Very patient as I tried on a ridiculous amount of shoes but eventually came back to the recommendation he gave me. Great experience!

High prices but it’s worth it. Most comfortable work boot I’ve ever owned and yes I bought the red wing insole it’s worth it. I average over 12 hours day 6 days a week wearing these shoes and have wore them for a couple months can’t wait to see how long they last.

I was wary after reading the other reviews but as they were 3 years old I decided to try this store anyhow - I had a great experience. The gentleman at the store seemed very knowledgeable about the product and helped me find a boot that is beyond comfortable. I got a foot scan so the orthopedics inside are in the for me and an explanation of how to care for the boots in the years to come. You'd be crazy not to give this store a chance.

Now on my 2nd pair of Red Wing Boots Made in the USA 🇺🇸. 1st pair lasted just shy of 3 years of use almost everyday for 6-12 hours of use per day! Just so you know I had a pair of Chinese made boots from Cabelas that only last about 1 year before the soles were shot. People complain the USA 🇺🇸 made boots are too expensive well they lasted 3 times as long for only about 50-100 dollars more and they can be resoled!

Only thing that wore out was the sole and inside but the leather itself is still good thanks to lots of leather conditioner every once in a while before really dry rotting! Have that first pair sent out to be resoled but needed a new pair to have asap! Luckily they had that same size and boot i bought last time. Good customer service and also quick! Definitely recommended 👍

I went here because my feet were killing me plus my knees my ankles everything somebody told me about the inserts that they have for your shoes here and a machine that you stand on and they figure out what insert you need so I thought I would give it a try took about 30 minutes the machine picked what insert I needed in my shoes you put them in I put my work boots back on and started to walk around and it was totally different I'm a believer in these things now it doesn't hurt to walk anymore if anybody thinks that it could be a hoax don't believe it these things really work I would recommend it to anybody.

After visiting a hardware store that sold red wings and receiving no help I decided to head into Frederick to the Red Wind Shoe Store. Thank god I did. The employees were very helpful and knew everything there is to know about boots and shoes. They also had a machine there the scans your foot and puts you in a pair of custom orthotics that helps with pressure points on you feet. My feet have never felt better. If you need Red Wings try this store. You will not be sorry
