The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond with everything helping my daughter getting set up with her first Trumpet. Want to throw out extra Kudos to Darrell as he made my Daughter who was very nervous feel very comfortable with everything.

Darrell has been absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Excellent customer service!! So kind, funny, professional and most of all knowledgeable!! They are the best!!

This store has such a helpful staff. Spoke to a lady on the phone about violin lessons for my daughter one morning. She was very helpful and kind. When I brought my daughter in to inquire about rentals, she sized her for the violin and recommended a few of their instructors. She also asked what music my daughter likes. Overall it was a very helpful experience and once my daughter is of age I will definitely be coming back for lessons and the continued excellent customer service. The manager was incredibly personable as well with his greeting. Highly recommend.

Had an awesome experience here! I went here looking for some Cleartone acoustic guitar strings but they were out of stock. But after talking with the store manager, Dustin, he got right on it and immediately called the closest store that had some. I got them a couple days after he called them. This store's got great customer service and an awesome staff. Looking forward to my next visit there!

Definitely recommend this store. One of the workers Dan was so friendly and made me feel wanted. My teacher EL is very fun and patient. Im just beginning to learn but i cant wait to spend more time herd learning from everyone.

I was going to order a set of drums for my son from looking at two other music stores online that were far away. I kept thinking that I / we didn't want to have to put together the drums ourselves , not knowing what we were doing. Decided to call Music and Arts at Wormans Mill and spoke with the current Mgr., Jeb. What a great thing that turned out to be. He ordered the drum set (from a fairly nearby warehouse) and within a few days, they came in. He also made a suggestion to get a Zildjian cymbal set, which turned out to be great also. The best thing of all is that when the drums came in Jeb, himself, put the heads on all drums and tuned them too. All at no extra cost ! My son and I plan to always come to your store ! By the way, as an added bonus, he gave us a discount on the drums and cymbals. Can not beat their customer service. Thank you very much Jeb and Music and Arts. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I started taking violin lessons here as well, and my instructor is great! Patient, knows his stuff, helping me learn what I want to learn.

I came in on Sunday looking for a guitar for my son, I was greeted by a super friendly employee Michael, who continued to help me pick out one for him, he also did a great demo on the guitar and amplifier as well, my son is very happy. Thank you Michael! :)

We visited this store recently after it was recommended by numerous people. The store was clean, the employees were more than eager to answer my many questions and demonstrated so much patience! We will be using this store and location for our future needs and purchases!

My man justin, or maybe Dustin, who ever he was had an amazing beard, was a phenomenal associate. This man walked me through everything. I want to learn to play the guitar, and this man offered more help than I was expecting. No hesitation, a beautiful smile through his wonderfully tamed mane called his beard, and his firm, yet gentle, yet manly handshake at the end really brought it all together. I will shop nowhere but here for all my music needs. I love Justin (or Dustin) the beard guy! Keep It real homie!

A great place for kids to take private lessons. While you wait on your daughter’s cello lesson to end, enjoy looking at a blue trombone. You don’t see that everyday.
