I drove 4 hours to purchase my car, and it was totally worth it. I've bought a lot of cars and this was probably the best car buying experience I've had. Adam answered all questions I had, and the car was even better than I had hoped. Very responsive even after the sale, and the paperwork arrived exactly when they said it would. I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

These guys are not only professional, they’re extremely genuine and personable. Flew out from California to buy a 2019 Tacoma truck because it was that good of a deal. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chris whom I made the deal with over the phone picked me up from the airport and had everything ready to go when we got back so I could hit the road. There were a few more unknowns than a normal car purchase because of the fact that I purchased a vehicle out of state. Even after I got the truck home these guys were extremely responsive and answered all my questions right away. The truck I bought had 675 miles on it and came from a nearby Toyota dealership. For some reason it did not have floor mats. Before I left wheel city motors to head for California Chris let me know he’d contact Toyota and get the mats delivered to my home. They were on my doorstep within a week. If you want a true car buying experience these guys are the answer. Not one thing negative to say about them. PURCHASED A DURAMAX FROM THEM BACK IN DECEMBER. DEALERSHIP WAS EASY TO WORK WITH, AND REASONABLE. I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE HEADLIGHT AFTER I BOUGHT THE TRUCK, AND THEY DID NOT HESITATE TO FIX IT AT THEIR SHOP FOR NO CHARGE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM.

As a female looking for a sports car, it's rare to be treated with respect and as an equal from the first impression. Wheel City Motors did just that. Chris was super easy to deal with, worked with text messages, and made the paperwork as painless as possible. Dewayne took time on a Saturday morning to show the car and let me drive it. They were flexible and let me come to the warehouse to see the cold start then let me drive it on all road types so that I could get a real impression of the car. The entire time I felt comfortable; they were nice and easy-going, not pushy at all. It was a perfect car buying experience and they gave me a great price. Thanks to them, I now have my dream car!

James was great! He let us test drive several trucks and was really patient while we talked about our options. He then advised us on a truck that just came in and we loved it! It's a great truck and a fair price. James worked late on the paperwork to make sure we were able to get the truck we wanted. It was the least painful car buying experience I've ever had. Purchased a Ram 2500 and a Ford Focus for my family from Adam at Wheel City. Both were exceptional deals and the team at Wheel City went out of their way to look for the exact car we wanted. During our visits we worked with Adam, Chris and Dewayne. Everyone is friendly and professional. Their financing was better than we were able to get from our bank and the process was easy. We bought the Ford Focus last year and were very pleased with our purchase so this year when my husband wanted a new truck we went back and bought a Ram 2500. He had seen them on the lot last year and Wheel City was able to find one for him with his exact specifications. We highly recommend Wheel City Motors!

Found a great price on the car I was seeking at Wheel City Motors. Worked with James who was professional and easy to get along with. I came in from out of state and Wheel City Motors gave me the opportunity to place the car on hold (for a reasonable fee) while I arranged an inspection with a local dealer. The purchase process was simple and fast. The cars on the lot were all clean, as were the offices. The staff were all courteous. Loving my new car and am happy to have worked with a quality team. Highly recommend.

My husband and I just purchased a car here. I couldn’t be happier. It was a nice break from the pressured energy of a dealership. We took it for a test drive through the Biltmore Lake area, which was a pleasant location to get a feel for the car. James helped us with our purchase, he was very calm, which I appreciate. This place has lots of great cars that come straight from local dealers and have not been to auction before. This isn't the type of dealer who spray paints the frame under the fender well either. The place is always busy, but the great price was well worth the wait. Mike got me in and out the door within thirty minutes when I was ready to pick up my Subaru. I highly recommend this dealer for cleanliness of facility, quality of cars, and willingness to work with my budget.

Chris jumped through hoops finding the truck that I wanted in my price range and when it arrived the actual buying/signing process was quick, easy, and straight forward! Outstanding dealer. I purchased a 2014 Corolla at a great deal. Due to distance from my home I never got to test drive or see anything other than photos. Once I made the decision to proceed. They delivered the car with a full tank of gas at no charge. It was exactly as described, and in great condition. First rate company! Highly recommended!!

Wheel City Motors has a great selection of nice vehicles. The awesome group of knowledgeable employees went out of their way to make my buying experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. They even helped me hook the vehicle I drove down to a tow dolly I rented to tow it back home. It was well worth the 3.5+ hour drive; and I would drive that far again to deal with them. Wheel City Motors is highly recommended...before you buy give them a try!

They gave us a great deal on the 2011 Nissan Rogue SV AWD we purchased from them. The mileage was low and into was in good working order. We never once felt pressured about anything including using their financing over our our own credit Union to finance through. The guys that run the place are very friendly and act like they genuinely want to help you find a vehicle. They told us repeatedly how much they don't like to use tactics like DOC Fees to jack up the final out the door price. Our credit union required a visual inspection of the vehicle before financing and its about a 45 min. drive from the dealership. When we got back from the trip to the credit Union I informed them there was a brake light bulb out and the nitrogen filled tires were low. While we were finishing the paperwork, they ran it out to a local station to get those two items fixed. When we got back in the car when we were ready to go we were happy to see they had given us a half tank of gas which is a huge favor in the used car game. All in all it was a pleasant car buying experience. I hope I can give them my business in the future.
