All Paws Pet Emergency Hospital

I can't thank the staff enough for their compassion and expertise. My husband and I had to bring in our dog, Marco, after hours, and the doctor was truly amazing in her ability to explain what our next steps should be. After we lost our pup to heart disease the next day, the team at All Paws sent a lovely handwritten card. It truly means the world to know he was in such good hands before he passed, and that we were able to do additional tests at the hospital they referred us to.

Been to All Paws 3 different times in 2023. The vets and the staff were all wonderful! Very caring and very compassionate! Saved the lives of our beagles each time! Expensive? Yes. But so is going to a people ER. Time consuming? Yes. But so is going to a people ER. I have no complaints whatsoever. Our furry family is worth it. Thank you for being here in Burlington. We appreciate you all so much!!

We had to visit yesterday due to our 6 month old puppy getting choked by his collar playing with another dog at the house. They were very thoughtful and made sure He was okay. There was a long wait, but they took him on in and treated him in between other things going on. I hope we never have another emergency, but if we do we will go there again

We’ve had to bring our pup here twice and both times I have been pleased with the care that the tech and Dr. Anthony have provided.
I wish they were open during regular hours so they could be my primary vet! The tech was so nice and caring with my pup as well as Dr. Anthony and that is all anyone can ask for when their dog is like their child. I didn’t feel rushed out the door and was encouraged to ask questions if had any. The ONLY thing was the price was high but that is to be expected for emergency vet hours.

Dr. Anthony and her staff took great care of our dog who was experiencing seizures. Ali was calm, informative, and compassionate beginning with my phone call and throughout our visit. Dr. Anthony confidently stepped in when Khloe had another seizure, shared findings and provided a plan for immediate treatment, as well as suggestions for follow-up. We are grateful for your knowledgeable and caring treatment!

I cannot praise all of the staff enough in a very difficult time. Respectful, caring, compassionate and just absolutely outstanding! Thank you.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr Burbridge and Mallory and every other staff member I interacted with. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. They saved my precious Frenchie from a snake bite. I am forever grateful for the precious staff and amazing Dr Burbridge. Unbelievable communication, kindness at every interaction! Thank y’all again for everything.

It was Thanksgiving afternoon, 2022. Our cat's lingering illness grew suddenly worse. We went to All Paws in Burlington. They were professional, courteous, and compassionate. Unfortunately, like every other human being in our current world, they could not cure cancer. So, we have to make a choice as to what was best for our cat - a few added weeks of life full discomfort and confusion or to humanely say goodbye. We chose (right or wrong) to spare our prim and proper little kitty a drawn out death. The staff were very supportive of us and made it as easy a process as they could. Thank you, All Paws.

We had a great experience at All Paws. We were seen immediately on a Sunday evening, and both the vet tech and the vet were wonderful. Our dog had diarrhea on a car trip (!!) and they helped us and sent all records to our vet for follow up the next day. We were very impressed with the skill and care.

I have the utmost respect for the staff here after bringing in our cat for a bad wound. They worked tirelessly through the night on as many animals as possible, and not a single employee we spoke with was anything less than knowledgeable, dedicated, and honest. I saw in the reviews that people gave them one star for being blunt or not prioritizing their pet before another pet. In my experience, the staff are very direct but not rude. They just do not have time to ease you into bad news. They are straightforward and transparent, which I appreciate, and they will answer your questions with courtesy even if they are busy. The staff have the horrible task of juggling multiple emergencies at once, but it seemed like they were all careful to consider each case and brought a lot of experience and intelligence to their triage decisions. I would trust them again with my pets in a heartbeat.

Our precious boy, Riggs, passed away at home. I woke at 3am Monday morning to my husband holding Riggs wrapped in his little blanket. Our vet was closed, we were so sad and didn't know how to handle the situation. Our daughter came right over, called to a open hospital in Greensboro and got a recommendation to take him to All Paws. The young woman at the desk was very sympathetic, kind and understanding as we set up arrangements. We can definitely say All Paws was there for us and wish to thank and recommend them.

I honestly can’t thank the staff at all paws enough. They made my terrible night a lot more bearable. They showed compassion, and understanding.

My options were presented to me clearly but with kindness. My questions were answered without an ounce of judgment.

I hope to not require your services again anytime soon but I’m content with knowing that this place exists.

I had an emergency with my cat and tried 3 vets in Greensboro and all were at capacity (it was about 10:00 at night). This kitty was in distress so I called All Paws and they said they could see him but there would be a bit of a wait because they were understandably working pets ahead of me. I patiently waited my turn and was glad I did. It ended up my kitty had a completely packed colon and in pain. The staff was very kind and Dr Anthony was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything to me and my options.
I would absolutely recommend All Paws and bless them for being there to help my kitty.

I had to rush in my 8 week old kitten and the doctor was great. He gave my kitten fluids and sent us home with antibiotics. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my animals here again. The other thing was that I thought the $100 exam fee and the cost of extra services was great for what I received. It is a relief to know that this vet is around if I ever need it.

The techs were sweet and helpful with my big baby girl, Domino. They thoroughly explained what was going to have to he done to help her, and her aftercare. The staff answered my calls promplty and politely answered my questions and addressed my concerns. The price was not unreasonable, way less than I expected it to be, and what a friend who works in veterinary care told me it should be. Hopefully I never have another doggy emergency, but if I do, I'll be a return customer.

I had a fur baby emergency on a Saturday night - staff answered my call and addressed my concerns promptly, a visit was needed ASAP.
I brought him in; everyone was kind + professional, prompt + considerate. The cost was very reasonable and in line with veterinary norms.
Staff was very kind and compassionate, vet was very knowledgeable - can't say enough good things about them.
No one wants to go to the ER (human or furry) but this was better than I could have asked for.

I have a friend that has been working in the vet industry for years and she recommended them to me since I we live in Mebane and didn't want to drive to Chapel Hill or Greensboro. Well, we notified them ahead of time and they met us at the car and took our Dog in and came to explain everything to us. We didn't have to wait long for a diagnosis and they could not have been nicer.

My dog was hit by a car at 2:00 am and they was nothing but helpful and caring. I’m so happy they was open and nearby to her because I don’t know that she would’ve made it if they wasn’t. They broke everything down for me and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. They answered all of my questions honestly and to the best of they abilities. I love my dog with all my heart and the fact that they was there for her in her time of need I appreciate it and will always be grateful for them

Veterinarian was honest and emphatic when our 2 year old pup ate 2 Oz of chocolate. Saved us a great amount of $$$ by calling the pet poison hotline number. She is doing great and we are thankful for the staff at All Paws treating her with care and love. We were in & out on a Saturday within an hour.
