I had a fantastic experience at National Pawn in Burlington. Josie took care of my pawn needs, and she was awesome. Josie is personable and professional and she gave me an excellent deal on my gold rings. They give top dollar prices for gold!
The manager Jack is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to show me around the store and find out what I might be interested in purchasing in the future. I had not intended to buy anything that day, but he gave me a great deal on an item I really needed. No sales pitches, just genuinely nice folks.

Janet is amazing she really worked a great deal on a crossbow for me. Will definitely be back to get more from her. If you need anything go see Janet at national pawn and jewelry. She is the bomb!!!!

Great place!!! The manager and his staff went over and above to accommodate us at their store. We went in not expecting much because it was just a pawn shop but they were so nice and so over the top in helping you. Definitely will be back!!!!
