I had the best experience about 2 week ago in the paint department. Blair and Zac were so kind, and accommodating. They delivered a quality product to each of the MANY customers, didn't let the rush effect the quality of their work. Beyond that they were so personable, and helped me resolve a unique issue with my green paint.
But that wasn't the end of it. While waiting at checkout for a MGR code, the girl watching the self checkout had fun with my sister and I and there may have even been some dancing... all professional - and enjoying the job.

I love my visits to Lows. It's always a great experience. Keep up the great work everyone. (Sorry for the delay in shouting you all out).

These people are always so nice! come often! When my elderly parents go the lowes staff always helps load their trailer with what they buy. And they do it promptly and Courteously. Enjoy shopping here and will continue. Good deals if you keep an eye out.

The worse thing happened. My water heater went out. I went a whole weekend with no hot water, and the plumbing company I paid $200 plus to be on a customer priority list with didn’t prioritize my emergency. They wanted to charge me $4k plus to install. I went on line with my local Lowe’s store ordered what I needed and they had an installer to my home the next day! AND…it was cheaper AND…I had it delivered AND…they verified I had the right item AND…I was able to get a payment plan. Thanks Lowe’s it’s comforting to know you are right around the corner as I am a new homeowner. ❤

As I find myself entering and shopping in multiple locations, I always have a pleasant experience. I love the service and prices. They seem to always have a better deal.

Employees here are very helpful & look to say "Hi" and offer assistance which is needed in such a huge store. The quality of their lumber seems to be a bit better than their competitors. Also, a manager at this location named Mike (the tall, thin older one as there are 2 named Mike) does his best to help. One day I went in and he was just inside the door, I thought he was just a "greeter" so I asked him where to find tarps. Instead of directing me, he said follow me sir. He got me to the tarps & then asked what size & kind I wanted. After telling him he dug in a pile & handed me exactly what I was looking for. Now that's a manager that cares about his customers!

It's very rare that I go to this store and don't find what I'm looking for. The staff always knows exactly where things are right down to the exact place in the aisle. I mostly shop for garden supplies. I recently completed a garden wall/fence that will hopefully keep my garden safe from the rat and groundhog who have been enjoying an all you can eat buffet for 2 years. And I made it pretty and even more functional by using the cinderblock openings as extra planters for herbs. All this from Lowes. So far, so good.

I spend way too much time in here. Just cause I like looking at what could be. But I did buy a new oven from a lovely lady. Katherine I believe. It was so easy. Delivered the next door. Made a big stress in my life seem like nothing. Was able to get right back on track with my life. And I loved that I had 30 days to come back and purchase the extended warranty. An oven is a major purchase. I needed that extra time to get the extra cash to purchase the warranty to protect myself in the long run. I always find what I need

It was easy to find what I needed. The staff I asked about something else was polite and helpful. The young lady at the self checkout was so helpful.

Tracy checked us out & he was so sweet to everyone and so helpful! Everyone in line appreciated his kindness. PLEASE acknowledge him.

That fellow in the tool department represented some of the best customer service I've ever seen in my days. I think his name was Logan. Lowe's is usually hit or miss but today it was a HIT.

I want to say thank you to Derrika, a very helpful young lady in the garden center. She was so helpful and kind to us when we were there buying fence and landscaping materials. We certainly couldn't have done it without her!

Always a good experience with this store and it's employees. Always someone willing to help you.

The whole process was seamless to be honest, I didn't expect that. When I ordered the appliances, I figured there would be a long wait but I ordered a new refrigerator and microwave on a Thursday and they were delivered by Sunday! I was informed via text every step of the way. I was also concerned if the order would actually arrive on the day they were promised but I had a new refrigerator and microwave by 10:15!! They kept me in the loop via text and the two delivery guys were awesome! They were kind, quick, respectful and very helpful. I had the best experience! Thank you!

I shop here so much the employees know me very well, they are always ready to assist you, David and Brian in plumbing are awesome they go out of the way to help you. Tracy in tools, Minnie in Hardware, Blair and Zachary in paints, Carol, Vivian the cashier and last but not least Michael the Manager what a awesome group of people that go out of the way to assist, thank you for what you do...

Friendly and helpful employees. This store is a mad house during peak seasons, so do consider that if patience isn't your strongest virtue.

Mr. Kelly was the associate that helped us today. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain AMAZING! He took safe measures to get our furniture from high up on the wall all while keeping a smile on his face. THANK YOU Mr. Kelly-you are AMAZING!

Great place to shop and they have just about anything that you need

As a guy I love my Lowes. Usually I find what I need and have shopped enough so I know where it is located. Only new thing I've seen when looking online for what I need they seldom have but have to order it. When I look in other locations it is the same. The store is clean and isles open. Check out can be slow with just a few registers and the addition of self check out open. Over all I like my Lowes.
