Food Lion

Our local food lion didn't have what we were looking for. This one did. Yay. All these stores are arranged different though

I just got hired on the spot, so it was awesome!

The store manager (Jason) is very good with customers!

This store is less than a mile from my home, so I shop here often.
Today I was shopping for molasses and failed to find it on my own. Two employees who were replenishing produce were most helpful. One even walked me to the correct location and then related an interesting story of the great molasses flood in Boston. Such a nice personal interaction.
THEN, when I checked out, I discovered that my Shop&Earn savings covered my entire bill!
Although today I still had to go to a competitor store to seek my brands and sizes of milk and bread, this FL store is a jewel.

Well stocked and great prices. More cost effective than the local Harris Teeter and Publix.
Staff is not effective or customer focused, but we get what we pay for.

Great service and product. I love the food lion to go. It helps so much after a long work day. Love the pick up convenience.

They always have what I'm looking for, and their employees are the nicest folks. I don't live close to the Food Lion, but when ever my local doesn't have, I run over to the food lion and get it. Makes me wish I lived closer to the Food lion. Clean, wide isles, quick check out, easy parking, easy access great place to shop.

I love going to all the Food Lions. They are always very well stocked and have great produce and the people who work there are always polite and willing to help you out if you ever need it.

Food Lion, many years ago was known as Food Town.
It's a regional grocery store with a small town feel,yet has a wide variety of food items for everyone. Most have the usual produce and a deli/bakery. I feel that they have an excellent meat department. A caviot about the meat department... back in the early 1980's a local TV station ran a investigation about the out of date stamps being covered over with later dates. This changed their meat departments way of operations thus completely, turning around to be transparent and in terms became known as the best meat to be had. To this day,if I want a good steak; this is the first stop I make. Did I mention that most Food Lions have a chicken wing bar. Also the produce is kept on a fresh rotation. In summary; the prices are fair and the stores are clean. I would recommend Food Lion for your grocery needs.

Hello This review is for Ashley Winkle I am so sorry you was told about the pastries being BOGO the lady that told you that it was her first day and I swear to you I went to find you to give them to you for that price but you was already gone. I am truly sorry and you can come ask for me (Jamie) any time in that deli. I do my best to make everyone happy that comes to our department.

Karina did an amazing job waiting for us to deliver our groceries to the car, this location is spotless, and everyone offers a great deal of customer service.

This is the best Food Lion I've ever been in. The store manager Kevin is very friendly and quick to help find what you're looking for. I've even seen him pushing carts in. A true class act.

Best place for a fresh salad and most times you are going to find what you are looking for that you can not find at Walmart or other stores

After shopping at Aldi the last few times, going into Food Lion to shop was a breath of fresh air. Getting fresh deli sliced meat at a great price is something I've missed.

Today Mary went above and beyond. She met me with the SWEETEST smile...Invited me to her check out line... Began unloading my order for me... Carried on a super friendly conversation with me....And when she realized I had forgotten my MVP card...she used the store card to save me about$6💕

I like this location. They typically have enough cashiers to move you through quickly. Everyone seems to be friendly and courteous.

Perfect customer service all way round! They are attentive as well as professional. They caught someone trying to buy someone underage alcohol.

I not only frequent the liberty NC branch but the south church street as well. I tried their grocery pickup today and they are delightful even in pouring rain very knowledgeable and accommodating
