Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We had a very kind and efficient server. Food was amazing as always. Love the new menu, but glad to see so many of the old favorites still around. I may not love CB so much without their hashbrown casserole, pancakes, pintos, green beans, etc. For my eldest daughter it’s the apples, my husband the fried okra, and my youngest the biscuits, dumplings and grits.

This Cracker Barrel is a lovely Store and restaurant to come eat at. The wait staff is always helpful and the servers are relatively quick. Sundays and Saturdays tend to be a little busy though. If you don't mind the wait, the food is worth it.

Blue and I visited again today and as usual, the meal was great!

12-2-2023. Annabelle and I visited this morning for breakfast. We had the Mama's country breakfast and everything was good except that the eggs or not exactly hot when we got them and were called by the time we finished them. Other than that, the meal was good and we had a pleasant visit.

this was honestly the best service I've had at a sit-down restaurant since I was little like that says something and no it has nothing to do with who served me cuz I never knew how her work ethic was. Now with that said Hailey you definitely know what you are doing when it comes to being a waitress. This my first time coming to cracker barrel in a long time and I watched how you worked and you are definitely a pro waitress!!!

We had a wonderful server who saw to our needs. Most of the time, she anticipated our wishes prior to us even saying a thing. The food was good and served as we ordered.

Don’t go often, but when I do awesome. Our server was wonderful. I think a person at our table turned down coffee three times in a hour meal. They were on the ball. Great job!

My sisters & I were there for a sister lunch. The place was PACKED - the waitress was very attentive but the food took longer than we thought it should have. Two of us ordered breakfast with crisp bacon & neither order was crisp. Otherwise food was good!!

The beautiful thing about Cracker Barrel is their consistency. The food is always good and the service was great. The dining room was really warm though.

Cracker Barrel has typically always been a great place to stop (especially while traveling), for a good meal, and to stretch your legs.
This one did not disappoint - staff was super friendly, food and service were great, the store was fun to explore, bathrooms were clean.

I don’t normally leave reviews however I had the best experience with Tonda (Retail Manager) at the Burlington location. I went in a couple of weeks ago looking for a blanket my fiancé and I saw prior and loved however they were sold out. It was for our son’s nursery. Tonda greeted us and let us know that they sold out of them however she took our name and number and said she would call as soon as one came in. She texted me this weekend to tell me that she found one in another store for us and was holding onto it. She did not need to go out of her way to do that however I’m so appreciative! We need more people like Tonda in the world! 10/10 recommend!

First time at this Cracker Barrel and just like the other 1 that I have been to, they are on point. Customer Service is very friendly and fast and their food is great. My Fried Chicken plate was only $13.00 and well worth the price. Definitely will be going back again.

Our waitress was amazing. So attentive and cheerful! She could not have been more pleasant.

Rebecca was a great attendant server! My wife and I got the Fish dinner which was good. Not very big fish pieces that was disappointing.

Our waiter, I think his name was John, was excellent. Our food was delicious! We will definitely go back!

Love Cracker Barrel! They have a great selection of items to select from along with breakfast items served all day long. I love that you can mix and match breakfast with lunch and dinner specials. The service is always pleasant and I've never had an order served incorrectly. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is pretty swift even when they are busy. I also love the giftshop, always something new to see. I only wish they had coupons or a rewards system for their loyal customers.

It is best old county design place to sit and dine in. The atmosphere is very fine and calm. The food is wonderful.

You all have great food and service. The only problem is the fireplace. There are too many people with ASMA COPD, and other lung and breathing problems who suffer greatly from the smoke from the fireplace. Even people like myself you have no breathing issues suffer from it. The fireplace should not be used. It should only be there for decoration.

This is probably the best cracker barrel that I've ever eat now. The food was amazing in the service was even better than the food. Definitely recommend stopping there for food

So friendly and cozy very family-oriented love how you can sit down and eat near the fireplace and then go to the gift shop right after.

No complaints food was good and waitress was good. Love the fireplace going when we came in!
