Theresa was fantastic! She was dealing with a regular Karen when I arrived. Teresa displayed exceptional service skills. She was exceedingly kind to this woman and took the time to very thoroughly explained that the deal she was asking for was online only in the app. And showed her where I said that. The woman said she was going to call and complain about Teresa so I just wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserved. Thanks for being awesome Teresa!

Had to use the bathroom. No toilet paper. Thankfully you had paper towels in the dispenser. I thought I was going to use my socks.

I had a prescription that’s very expensive & my insurance would not pay for it. The pharmacist & pharmacy tech we’re both Amazing. Friendly & knowledgeable. Since I was going to be paying cash for my medicine I was trying to use goodrx. For whatever reason I couldn’t get the goodrx web page to load so the pharmacy tech used his personal cell phone to access goodrx. With his help the cost of my prescription was greatly reduced. 🧡 The store was spotless, the front cashier was friendly & the parking lot was well lit. Thanks Rite Aid. Sunday 11-26-2017 (the day I was at rite aid) @ 5:30 pm.
