LongHorn Steakhouse

We decided to stop in again today, 1/27/24. We were very happy with our food and service. Our server's name was Gerrard B and we must say he is very good at his job, he was very polite, happy and always there if we needed anything.

This was our first time dining in, I have to say we were very happy with everything. Our waitress Brandy was very good, she was helpful without being intrusive or pushy.
We would definitely recommend that people give them a try.

Food was amazing! But the service was even better. Brandi made our night tonight by being such a kind and generous waitress! We went out to celebrate with 7 people so we knew the bill was going to be a lot. Wish we could have tipped more!

Best new York strip I've had in years!! Service was good drinks were good and the bill was about 120 for 4 adults 4 kids. That's with 2 appetizers. Not bad if you ask me

Fantastic experience and food was very good. Our server was over and above. I did witness one server who spilled some ice and didn't clean it up just left it on the carpet.

Rhonya was absolutely wonderful to us. She was friendly, smiling, and a pleasure to have as our waitress. She was busy with many tables, but she made sure to keep a check on us with a smile every time! The manager I noticed from the time we got there he stood in the corner and watched. You would think he would help with drinks or food while the waitresses were busy, or come by tables & ask how everything was, but he didn't. The food was great though! They told us the wait would be an hour which would be expected on a Sunday @ 7pm, but they got us a table fairly quick! Definitely recommend LongHorn!

I was very pleased with the whole experience. From the ease of the online ordering, take away service and order accuracy. My food was prepared correctly, very flavorful and nice portion size. The chopped steak needed a little more sauce for my liking but it was delicious. Friendly customer service.

I had a very nice meal at the Burlington, NC location. The host was welcoming. My steak was perfect and the Mac&Cheese was very good. The Brussel Sprouts were heavenly.
My server, Austin, was very nice; friendly and efficient.
The over all ambience made everything a delight.

I love this place, the food is good and fresh, you need to wait a little bit because all the time is busy but you can go online and they notify you when your table is ready.

Both food and service are always great at Longhorn! There are a variety of things that I like on the menu. The salmon...so moist and never over cooked.

Awesome atmosphere. Service was on point all the way around. The food was delicious and very tasty. I loved the service of wanting me to be there. In today's time it's hard finding great places to sit down and enjoy a meal. The Manager Mike was so caring, won me over on suggesting me to try the delicious Peanut butter and mousse in the jar desert 😊😆 Destiny our waitress was awesome.

Good as usual. Wife had me try the spinach a d artichoke dip was surprised it was as good. I personally would prefer with just tortilla chips but the Flatbread pieces were good too

Delicious Ribeye and Brussel sprouts that were tender on the inside and sweet and crispy on the outside.

Miss the prime rib they used to have before covid but the current menu has a lot to offer.

Accessible parking is on the side and railings were very helpful.

Great steak and the atmosphere was lovely. However, the time it took to get the food was way too long. The steak was amazing but the baked potato was cold 🥶. Loved the girl in training...

Had a great meal today! Our server Shelly was fantastic! Great attitude & good conversation. We not only had a server but felt like a friend. A+

I haven't been here since Texas Roadhouse opened, but the weekday lunch specials are excellent. The 1/2 pound cheeseburger with a side for 9.99 is about as good a deal as you will find. The decor hasn't changed in 20 years but the food is better than I remember. I will be back.

My visit here with my family was exquisite! Great service, food was delicious (even tho our steak was cooked a little well done, when we said medium, but no biggie 😋) and the decor had a western vibe, which was very impressive. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back!

I often come here for a salad with a piece of salmon because they always get the temp right when cooking my salmon. However I notice they had a new item on the menu... Lamb and it was delicious! The lamb was so tender and the wilted greens were such a compliment to the plate. I will be going back very soon for the lamb dinner.

Great experience at Longhorn Steakhouse!! Excellent service!! Waitress was very attentive!! Lamb chops were superb. Crispy Brussel Sprouts were wonderful!! Steak and shrimp were great too!!
