The Cutting Board

Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Salmon Caesar salad, water and Caribbean Martini. I was greeted when I entered the restaurant and seated. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The salad was delicious and filling. Let me tell you that Caribbean Martini was so good and refreshing. I loved the atmosphere and the service was everything. My server made sure I had everything I needed. This was my first visit but I will definitely visit again.

Recently I've had the opportunity to visit this restaurant. I'm a truck driver each weekend. I take my 34 rest. I'll take my mom family out to eat somewhere different. This weekend, my mom chose The Cutting Board again. Both times were about the same between 13:00-15:00 the is some what empty. I don't know why. People of North Carolina, this place is gem! It has a great vibe with dark, rich wooden floors. It has a warm Mediterranean, Tuscany sexy feel. Guys, great place for date night. It has a bar the food is excellent and so is the service. So North Carolina, wake up, stop by the Cutting Board you wont be disappointed. Remember, drivers we move the world 🌎 stay safe.

My husband and I had the pleasure of visit in October. There was no wait to be seated. Service was wonderful and friendly. The food was amazing as usual. We had broccoli soup, shrimp pasta 8 oz sirloin with loaded potato and asparagus. I forgot to get the amazing salad bar. Too full to eat it anyway and brought food home to eat for later. It's always a treat to eat here. Everyone there is nice.

I went with my husband and in-laws for New Year's Day, and we had a fantastic time. Our waitress Kelly was an angel. She helped with a special request that made the whole party's day. We also learned that they have a brunch and lunch buffet that is reasonably priced. You can get waffles and omelets to fried chicken and fried okra. There is also a dessert bar that had several yummy desserts. I highly recommend the Cutting Board for any of its menu items. I've never been disappointed.

Had the salmon with Cajun seasoning. Green Beans still the best.

Server Dante was amazing. Ask for him. Trust me.

Kasidy is an excellent server!!! We picked this restaurant off our phone as we were traveling in the area, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was scrumptious, the atmosphere was cozy and friendly, and the service was superior. Ron, the owner, came over to talk to us and welcome us. Kasidy told us about their Sunday Brunch which we just had to come back and enjoy the next day. The salad bar has everything you can imagine. If you're traveling through Burlington NC, stop at The Cutting Board - you won't be disappointed!!!

Our FAVORITE place to eat in Burlington, NC!!! We moved from the area and we're going to miss this place so much😔 They have the best salad bar in town! Their Sunday and Holiday Brunches are AMAZING!! We love all their food, and the service is awesome!! Be sure to stop at the Bar and say hello to the hard working Bartenders that are so great at their jobs! With labor shortages, these workers make it look easy! It's a simple drive off the highway, tons of parking, don't let the full parking lot deter you, they have a huge restaurant inside to accommodate their busy times. Sunday afternoon are the busiest times, also Friday and Saturday evenings. Be patient and wait for a table it's worth it! The prices are comparable to anywhere else, plus you get a garnish bar with all sandwiches and burgers that has a ton of stuff to choose from! That alone is worth the price! Don't pass this place by if you're traveling through Burlington! 😊

My first steak came out unevenly cooked however they refired me another one and it was cooked to perfection. The service was great. This was my first time, and will definitely return. "Try the salad bar"

We had a party of 19 people. We came on a Saturday evening and Daunte was our server. He was remarkable and remembered all of our orders without writing anything down. We were all impressed!!! I had the salad bar and the key lime pie. This is my typical meal here. My husband had the prime rib, kids had chicken tenders and fries. We all left quite full as the food was excellent.

I did the Valentine's special it was a lot of food. It was good I would go back to try the other food they have.

Ask for Dante, the remarkable server, if you want entertainment with your dinner!! He has a memory like you’ve never seen—Party of 9 for my moms Birthday party and he remembers all orders w/o writing them down! So impressive and lots of laughs, my parents said they will remember tonight forever all bc of Dante. We’ve eaten here plenty of times for great food but this time we got a bonus,“excellent service”! On our way out he said every single one of our NAMES too 😃

The Cutting Board is always a good meal. Friendly staff, alot of menu choices. We always stop here when travelling through the area.

Served a very solid steak, do wish it was more seasoned, however the main reason I'm making sure to leave a 5 star review is because of the service. Tonight we had a young man named Noah. He was AMAZING. Probably some of the best service I have had at any level of restaurant in a long time. He was so polite, he checked on our table at appropriate times, and was enjoyable with small conversation. Such a great young man. Wish he all the best. Thank you Noah.

My 99 year old aunt passed, just a few days short of her , 100 bday. We had a celebration of live , for her. A sad & happy time.

Our friends from New York come down twice a year we take them there. What rob says best dam food

Got us right in without waiting. I got the chuck burger as usual but it is so good. Have never been disappointed at the cutting board.
