Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio North/Stone Oak at Legacy

I had to come on here and rave about Haley. From the moment she spoke, she was a blessing. Talk about going above and beyond for a potential customer. Not knowing if I was going to book or not she was a pure example of customer service that is far and few between now days. If Marriott doesn’t know how my h of an asset she is to their facility, I pray they find out and soon. Thank you Haley for simply being you!!

The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated, the mattresses and pillows are really comfy, my family and I slept really well there, the area is quiet, very little noises, higly recommended.

Very nice hotel! Booked a stay for 2 nights, and check in was very easy and the service was good! They did offer breakfast, and wine in the evening. Room was very nice and clean! Got upgrade to a room with a balcony with a nice view! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

I liked the friendliness from the front desk. I had a friend visit me that evening and we had a very delicious fresh cooked light dinner and drinks. Afterwards we sat in the outside by the fireplace and chatted. When it became too cool, we walk in and sat in the lobby to continue the visit. It felt so homely. Hotel was so clean and smells fresh, the décor was nice to the eyes and we enjoy a soda while watching the big screen tv. Other persons were also in the lobby giving it a welcoming wholesome family atmosphere. The room smelled was so clean! After my friend left, I enjoyed a hot bath, and a good night rest on the most comfortable bed! will definitely want to go back to this hotel. Thank you for the relaxing safe place!

My favorite hotel for business while in San Antonio. It's very close to a number of my business customers with easy access to 281 and 1604. However, the real draw for me is that your stay at the hotel allows you to use the LifeTime Fitness facilities across the street. When traveling and trying to squeeze in a workout, the LifeTime Fitness facilities will spoil you rotten. Easy 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The room was great. Free lifetime access (while their gym is getting renovated) which, if you are not from here, means a lot! It’s an incredible gym. The room is a nice size and nothing was missing. Clean sheets. Staff was wonderful. I will be staying here again!

We stayed here for a family wedding. Room was very clean and comfortable! Especially since it was so hot out (low 90s). All staff were courteous and friendly. We had some issues with breakfast one morning and we're comped immediately. The manager really did go out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Also, we stayed with our baby and the hotel provided a pack and play for sleeping. I was really impressed that it was super clean and in great shape.

Nice. Clean and Quiet! Stayed on a floor with maybe one other guests. Their room was about 4 over. Seemed to check in at time a mass checkout had occurred and staff was doing a great job in scrambling to clean several rooms on our floor. (Everyone wore their masks correctly. Thank you! 🙏) I only did video because of the maddening rain storm that struck during our stay. (Maybe one day soon the option of adding video will be available to support our reviews?)

Travelled to San Antonio for the first time for work. The 5 stars to this place is all because of the service provided by "Kaya - the front-desk person". Everyone loved him and he is a gem. Very helping. Nothing extra-ordinary about the hotel but the fact that they had such great staff at the front desk made the stay worthwhile.

Clean, quiet stay and very friendly and professional staff. Would definitely stay here again. Great water pressure was a bonus

Stayed here while planning my destination wedding - Location great, rooms recently remodeled, beautiful!

Update: I had a block of rooms at this hotel for my destination wedding, 13 rooms in all. Kelsey in sales was amazing the entire year leading up to my big day, sending me updated reservations and walking me through every detail. The front desk staff was exceptional as I had welcome bags for each guests. Truly an amazing staff!!

My boyfriend and I come here every Tuesday because he works very early every Wednesday morning 3 miles down Stone Oak. We live in Austin. I just wanted to post this because ALL the staff here are very friendly. They know us my name without looking at their computer. I have a service animal and of course I allow them to love on him. Luca likes the gang too. It just is so nice to feel like there is a SAFE, CLEAN and comfortable bed (i am serious- great mattress and pillows here) that is NOT my home in Austin but is now our home in San Antonio every Tuesday. Another WONDERFUL perk here is LIFETIME is right across the street and guess what? This is the gym you get to use when you stay at this Courtyard by Marriott for all your workout needs! Like this is the best gym- like what DON’T they offer?? Honestly, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, jacuzzis, every pound of iron you care to lift, every machine that you can dream of, the nicest locker rooms with complimentary lockers that you set with your custom code, super duper clean, all sorts of group classes or hey how about zero working out but a healthy meal or a full service salon with any product one may want or need- my case- i am a product junkie so it is definitely always a WANT lol…. Anyways, a superb facility as a free amenity when staying at THIS location.
I feel very safe here. “Nice neighborhood,” if you want to call it. Right off the highway, yet little noise do I ever hear. I can walk my dog at 3 am and I never fear. My car is safe. Well lit lot as well. Green belt behind hotel for walking your 4 legged family members.
Last, front lobby to the left is where breakfast and dinner items are available with a full service bar to boost. Of course, a smiling face to pour that glass of wine after a long day of traveling or a premium martini to enjoy while someone may join you who lives local. There are plenty of contemporary and comfortable chairs and multiple pockets to have intimate conversation that are not in your room but rather “your livingroom for the evening,” in this open concept lobby. Ok, can you tell we are pleased with our weekly stays?? Lol just bravo SA Courtyard. It is time for me to close my eyes now…it’s technically Wednesday 1:02am. Time for this happy customer to go to sleep now.

This hotel has the best customer service I have ever had. Walking into the hotel you can feel a difference. Clean and fresh. Not one complaint from any of wedding party. We had over 40 rooms booked and everyone had a great experience. Thanks to the staff for going the extra mile.

Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the phone systems were down (and still down as of 12-26-17). So when we had a few questions, we weren't able to contact them. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again.

Overall it's what you would expect from a Great Quality Hotel. It was for one Night. Even in the Craziness of Spring Break. It was still a pleasant stay. Not to close to where all the ruckus is, but close enough to make an easy trip to The Alamo and The River Walk. The Beds were Great, especially for my pregnant wife. Then to top it off thinking the next morning would be the end of it Nathan helps and makes a small gesture, but with that alone made me make sure to make this my stay when I come back for sure!

The service desk employee John Slater was absolutely amazing! From check in to holding our door dash meal at the desk when we thought we could make a convenience store run in time. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. I always pick a Marriott or by Marriott when possible and this was by far one of the best experiences. The room was clean and nice and everything needed was taken care of. Very professional and courteous I would definitely recommend to friends and family, and tell them to ask for John Slater!

The room we had was very clean, and we could hardly hear anyone else in the rooms next door. Breakfast is served, but comes at an extra price, and I would say you could get a better breakfast elsewhere for the same price. The hotel was in a convenient location and at a very fair price for the holiday time frame.

Hotel is a bit dated, but it’s clean and the staff is super nice. Room was spacious and had free wifi so that was great.
