Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Northeast

I've stayed here three different times for work and all these times were great. The staff are very kind and helpful as well, especially Shannon at the front desk. The breakfast and evening snacks were filling and staff were very courteous as well. Great value overall. Great coffee too.

The rooms were immaculate. The service was something you’d see in a five star restaurant free dinner free breakfast they printed stuff for me because I couldn’t figure out how to do it drained the spa and put freshwater in it when they realized it wasn’t perfect. I’d stay there all year long if I could. Right off of the freeway and walking distance to numerous restaurants, including red lobster, and a shopping area.

I was recommended tue Drury by a friend and I have to say, one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The room was comfortable, that staff was very nice. The breakfast was amazing! Most hotels when they provide breakfast their eggs are super dry and taste old, but here they are moist and fresh and just the way I make them at home. I have never had eggs at another hotel like this. The person in charge of preparing the food really puts her heart into what she does. Don’t change the eggs and anytime I’m in town I’ll know where to stay!

The lobby is constructed for an elegant sense of warmth and they offer a complimentary dinner along with your choice of 3 alcoholic beverages. Multiple restaurants and a gas station are nearby for plenty of options. There's also a shopping center next door you could walk to, whether to kill time, or in my case, you forgot to bring comfortable footwear on a work trip.

We had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the nightly dinner and mixed drinks as well as the breakfast in the morning. The food was always fresh. A very nice young lady would come out about every 15 minutes to put more fresh food out for breakfast and dinner. Bianca was very nice at the front desk. Vanessa was also nice as well. I would give a shout out to more of the employees if I knew their names. This hotel is managed very well and guests are treated very well. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel overall, Jim the night attendant was very helpful and kind. He helped us with a late night last minute booking. He even informed us of a veterans discount we qualified for! Definitely my prefer hotel chain from now on.

Best hotel experience. Wonderful staff, especially Shannon and whoever the cook is that makes the baked potatoes.
Cleaning is very thorough and is amazing.
Definitely budgeting to make another trip to the area in the next few years and this is going to be my go to Hotel.
The food is amazing, also they are considerate if you have allergies.
They are handicap accessible features for those with disabilities.

It was a nice weekend gateway for me and my husband. The hotel staff was professional our entire stay. We especially want to give a big shout out to Shannon. Last night, I stayed in the lobby area before, during, and after kickback and she stayed productive the entire time. From checking in guests, helping assist guest multiple times, restocking and cleaning the kickback area, and answering hotel phone. What could of been an overwhelming job for one person alone, she took initiative and remained productive the entire time. The entire staff was great. Another shout out to the housekeeper on our floor. She was amazing, friendly and assisted us when needed. The amenities were great in the hotel. The hot tub was very relaxing. It’s a great location, walking distance to restaurants and retail stores

Price was very competitive especially taking into account overall user rating/satisfaction. Service was spot on, Breakfast was great. Ac, not windows unit which worked excellent. Room was very clean. Free alcoholic beverages and hot munchies between 530 and 7 was very nice add on, and while we were there seemed to attract a decent number of customers. The free sodas and popcorn between 4 and 8 is also a nice perk you don't see other places, and was a hit with the younger participants😁. Tvs were easy to use external game systems or streaming devices if you travel with them like I do. Parking lot is pretty good size. Pool looked clean and nice, but didn't use so can't say much more. Only one elevator in center is kinda a bummer but layout makes it not too bad if you have a room on the end, unlike some hotels I've been at which can be a trek. Will definitely put Drury at the top of my list for future considerations. For this particular location I gave a 4 for location because of the train that goes through between 4 and 5 am that's loud, but it only lasts about 30 seconds and the rest of the time there was no discernable external noises. This includes never hearing planes in case anyone is worried about this.

Wonderful accommodations for tired travelers. We were greeted nicely at an 11pm arrival and slept great in the comfy bed. We woke up to the tastiest eggs in a continental breakfast I’ve ever had. Then they we’re nice enough to delay our checkout so we could have some pool leisure time before we moved on. Overall great experience.

Very impressed with the staff. Very friendly, attentive, and hard working. General manager made sure to take care of small issue with tub right away. To have complimentary breakfast and dinner was a huge plus. Didnt utilize pool while there but looked nice. Room to me felt cozy and comfortable. i prefer the more darker colors lol. downtown river walk was only 10 mins away, i didn’t want to stay downtown, so hotel location was very convenient to it and other places that i needed to go. i would definitely stay again my next time down in Texas. it was great for the price and convenience. staff were awesome and welcoming. what more could you need?

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean, the food was great. The nightly snack and dinner is a huge plus. Service was excellent. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants close by and easy access to the freeways. The hotel does not disappoint!

Right off interstate. Clean rooms they have a happy hour, free dinner and drinks, free soda bar and popcorn and the front desk clerk Ashley is beyond amazing. So kind, accommodating, gave us all the information about the hotel and times. So sweet!! The pool is fun and clean, good sized hot tub as well.

This hotel is simply put amazing. The rooms are great, the pool is cool, and Shannon and the staff are wonderful and accommodating in so many levels. Plus the happy hour drinks and all the food is awsome for the guests.

The location is great, the construction on the freeway is the only downfall.
The breakfast was on fresh and continuously stocked, and don't forget about the dinner kickbacks in the evenings and those adult beverages.

Nice rooms. Breakfast and supper provided. The area to eat in is nice and there is plenty of room to spread out. The staff are very nice and professional! It is very clean. I enjoy the sitting rooms with the bedroom that some rooms have. The lobby is very comfortable for conversations. Makes for a pleasant visit.

My family & I stayed here over the weekend & hands down the cleanest hotel I've been in in probably over a decade. I'm a germaphobe & a half. I hate hotels, they stress me out. I meticulously check everything before we bring in luggage. The only thing I found was that the soap dispensers in the shower were only like 95% clean & the pull out couch had crumbs in it. That's just an observation, not a complaint. I want stressed out at all. The entire staff was lovely, friendly, & helpful. We will certainly be back! Thanks y'all!

The service was great. When we arrived Vanessa at the front desk welcomed us with a big friendly smile. The room was perfect. It was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. I have stayed in many hotels and the beds are always too hard. Brenda in housekeeping was great, she went out of her way to make sure we had enough towels and our room was always clean. We stayed 3 nights with the kids and it was awesome 👍. As for breakfast and dinner it was good. A shout out to Debbie she is great.
