I've been coming to this location for a solid 15 years. My experiences have always been positive especially when interacting with staff. Although technology like online shopping has made it convenient to order online my preference is to visit this location so I can browse and compare prices. The staff, to include management, have been more than helpful even though there are times when staffing is at its bare minimum. I haven't used printing services, but will consider if the need arises.

Print Area: Alea was knowledgeable, patient, organized. Despite the busy line she helped every customer with care and attention to detail. She offered me a great printing solution and I was amazed how quickly she turned my order around. She has great potential to be a manager with her professionalism. I love this office max location!

Alea is the best employee ever!!! This girl help me make my wedding newspapers (new trend) I came from 3 different places and nobody understood my request! Alea got my thinking in less than a minute. So please managers give her some credit! Thanks so much! She made a brides dream come to life!

I had very too experience, I bought a chair for my computer desk, the employee who helped me was extremely patient and helped me locate the chair I desired. He then took the box the chair was in and delivered it to the counter. He waited until I paid for it then he picked up the box and walked out to my vehicle parked out in the lot and placed it in the back seat. Now that is excellent customer service, hurray.

I use the print shop quite often and the staff is always very helpful and quick to complete my job. Nice selections of paper and card stock.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable, good sales. And great for stocking stuffers or gifts you never thought about before.

I had a problem with my out dated laptop and i was worried about losing my data , and i wasn't sure if i could save it, Well Not to worry, the manager at the store personally took charge and i walked out feeling like a millon bucks, I had to leave my laptop over night, I bought a brand new on and the manager set up the apps to work with me, not against me. to make a long, very long story short, I am very happy with the service, my new laptop and the friends i made at your store.

Recently lost a family member and came here to do the programs. Nick provided us with exemplary customer service. Nick was incredibly understanding and patient throughout the entire process. When we were experiencing problems with the dimensions and formats, Nick fully explained everything and made sure things got taken care of. Between helping us and other customers, he was quite efficient and didn't appear to be distracted by anything. He embodies the idea of what good customer service should be. I was incredibly pleased and impressed by Nick's care and detail-oriented approach. Please let Nick know we appreciate everything he did.

Went into Office Depot to have posters made and laminated. The young man Ely was very courteous, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and assisting me in deciding the poster size that would meet my requirements.

I was able to print out documents that were needed ASAP. Finacé bought a few things as well. Idis self-service on copies. There was a helpful man... I asked his name and he told me it. But it's been a few days. Sorry, I forgot. He assisted me on 1 little hiccup I had while printing. But everything went smoothly.

The service at the store was excellent. Brandon helped, really without me asking. He asked if I needed help and I said “no I know what I needed -Epson 410 ink cartridges, as I looked he quietly continued stocking and looked it up on his handheld device. Told me they had a few in stock and found it for me. Thanks for helping me get out of the store quickly. He was very courteous.

I like the Office Depot/Office Max near my house because it is convenient, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the merchandise is of good quality.

The staff at this store was very accommodating. Johnnie greeted us at the door, and another staff member helped us locate, and bring up the bulk items we were looking for. Johnnie checked us out, and another member helped get these items to our car.

Employees are always friendly and courteous. They are willing to not only help find what you’re shopping for but take you to get it. Always a pleasure to shop there and just wander around checking out new items and any items on sale.

Arrived early, 1st customer. Needed copies made from anExcel file. Manager assigned an associate and he was very organized, understood what I needed, formatted the doc and shared the results before printing. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price...
