I visited Burkes yesterday since I was in the neighborhood (Windcrest) visiting my mom and I keep being impressed with this place.
Unique and Aury are an important asset to this company. They had the store looking clean and extremely organized! I was so impressed with their courteous demeanor and welcoming attitude. Kudos to them, as they deserve recognition and a raise!
I enjoy coming here because the store isn't jam-packed with items. It's perfectly stocked. Their strategy to have select items is a success. I didn't intend to buy anything, but I bought a couple of hundred dollars worth of merchandise! As I shopped, I felt like if I didn't get a particular item I was gonna miss out on the great discount and/or not see it again. The shelves are perfectly stocked! Something about the store not being stuffed with merchandise made it a calming, shopping experience. To the leaders and staff, kudos.

I've been shopping here for years. I love how they welcome you in when you arrive. Clean store with great merchandise and the employees are so friendly.

This is a good store with very very good prices!! And the lady's working there are awesome,I left my purse in the dressing room and the employee took it to front of store,I am so thankful for your honest employee,thank you! This is the windcrest store, on 01/20/23 4pm.

I love this store! Great prices, low cost for name brands and very good quality of items. Everything from home to wardrobe and fun nicknames! On top of discounts that are always added based on day and even your age. Highly recommend store but also location staff is kind and helpful

I love Burke's. I love the purses, and the clothes, but they really need to try to step up the customer service. They were kind to me, but when I asked them about a product, the just pointed me in the direction. They didn't take me to where they thought it might be. For me that is a bit lazy. I worked in retail for a while and to make a sale, I took them to where ever they needed to go. Making them aimlessly look on their own is not good customer service. Either way they get 5 stars, it was clean, and organized. I'll be back.

Sales staff here are SO helpful. No pressure to buy (like some of those famous name national stores).
Very informative about shopping advantages like senior days, etc.
The store itself has a decent variety of goods to choose from.
I've seen some of the exact same things in the big box stores for triple the price.
This place is worth taking a look.

This outlet store has good name brands at decent prices. And they have a little bit of everything! The workers are friendly and helpful.

Great and friendly environment, pretty good selection of different brands and styles. What I enjoyed most was that the employees are respectful of the customers space and privacy, they don’t make you feel like you’re being watched or like you’re going to steal something unlike Ross next door!! Reasonable prices and weekly sales based on your age which is great, every little bit adds up. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for something different.

I love this store! The only thing I dislike is they don't have a lot of shoes or good leather bags but this store is awesome other wise. Large selection and good quality other than those two items. I always leave with a large bag!

Received amazing customer service this weekend from the nice cashier lady Melina. She struck up a great small talk conversation and also got me to sign up for the Burkes reward program. I could tell she wanted and wants to continue doing her job well, and just for that level of customer service I received, I'll definitely be back to this location in the near future. 5 stars from me 😁
