Big rooms with plenty of space to relax. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Close to a shopping center and an HEB . Font desk staff friendly and always a smile and greeting when you come in or are going out. Will stay here on our next visit to San Antonio.

This hotel is thoughtful in ways that are small but to me shows their effort and desire to please. Of course it was clean and well laid out floorplan. This hotel had some little details that showed they aim to please. For example my room had an electronic window screen curtain. Room service. They gave me make up remover cloths in addition to shampoo, conditioner soap and lotion. They had lemon infused water in the lobby. I had an accesible room and appreciated the bench to shower and appreciated that the adjustable shower head bar properly worked for sitting and standing. They also had a non slip matt for me in the shower. So impressed. The room was nice and cool after a long hot day in the sun. I really feel they care about their business. Had zero issues and feel they represent the choice brand very well. Good work.

This was a great stay with my family of 5. I can't think of an aspect that needed improvement. Rooms were clean. Includes hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, Texas shaped waffles, oatmeal, and coffee. Cold breakfast included yogurt, cereal, and fruit. I was able to fill up my 16 oz personal coffee cup to go before closing. Free lemon infused water available 24/7.

Location was great. There is a HEB right next to it (walking distance) for any forgotten items. Good variety of dining options in the area. We hit up Chuy's and some Mexican restaurant.

I found this place through Expedia for $101 a night. Not a bad price to sleep a family of 5!

Made a reservation and, unfortunately, came in very late. Midnight, to be exact. Called ahead and let them know. They were very understanding and accommodating. The front desk was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean, the ac worked great, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was also very good. Lots of options.
Overall, it was a great experience.

The gentleman at the front desk the night of March 13 was lovely. We were dragging coming in at 1130pm and he got us all set and promptly checked in. He was very kind The lady doing breakfast the next morning was alone but did a great job keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable! We had a great night of sleep. Highly recommend.

Hotel is great! The amenities are nice and the prices are reasonable. The breakfast is one of the best ones I have had for a hotel in a long time. The staff are excellent and professional. The rooms are spacious and cleaned. If I am in the area again I will be staying here for sure.

I book the hotel room without reading reviews. After I saw the complaints about bed bugs, roaches, dirty room slow elevators, mattresses springs and it being old. It was instant regret.
BUT I walked into the lobby and it was clean/ great staff and smelled nice. Elevator wasnt slow at all and was updated. Going to my room the halls were clean and again passed the smell test.
My room was perfect! I checked the bed, corners of the room, bathroom etc
Very clean! Nothing on bed, bathroom was spotless, living room area clean. The AC works AMAZING! Fast forward to sleep. The hotel was quiet considering it was busy. The bed was comfy! The sheets were so soft and they had different types of pillows.

I have no complaints at all! I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay for me and my family. Spacious room, great breakfast options, lots of restaurants and stores close by. Everything was clean, check in was the only thing that took about 15 minutes or so cause the front desk agent was on the phone with another guest but thats understandable. Pool and fitness center a plus! Looking forward to staying again.

Pretty good experience here the staff is cool and friendly. Room was pretty nice there is a HEB within walking distance and a small shopping center with Barnes And Noble for my fellow geeks out there. You can see the back of it from the hotel. If you get on the right side lol. There is also a Walmart and Costco across the interstate from there. The only complaint I have is the TV's could use an upgrade.

This place us kind of hidden but a GREAT value. We arrived to a friendly staff and a huge clean room. Beds were clean and comfortable. There is a small pool and a fitness center. Breakfast was served (waffles, sausage, eggs... Etc) just tell them how many meals you would like!! Would definitely recommend!!

The room was very spacious.The TV could use an upgrade it's pretty small for how big this room is..The breakfast is a basic hot breakfast eggs,sausage and bacon every now and then..The hotel staff was friendly.The marketplace didn't have any drinks in it...but I'd stay here again in the future..

I really liked this place. We had a big 2 room suite and it was very comfortable. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Good breakfast. Definitely would come back again. Convenient location to many restaurants and stores. It is across from.a movie theaters and next to a shopping mall.

Very nice hotel! Nice location, everything you could need is within driving distance, about 20 mins from the River Walk too. We're choice privilege members & comfort suites is our go-to hotel. This one seemed to be a bit more 'roomy' with a couple more pieces of furniture than all the CS we've stayed at. The pool is outside here but it was well kept, at least 3 staff members came out to check the area during the hour and a half we were outside.The elevators smelled nice and fresh and the staff was pleasant. :)

Room was very spacious for stay. Clean and bed was very comfortable. Met all expectations. Breakfast was excellent. Many options to choose from. Area around hotel had many things to do. A movie theatre was even in walking distance and many food options to choose from. Was only a short drive to six flags. Will recommend to anybody wanting to go to San Antonio

Came to San Antonio for a school function, and going through the reviews I choose this hotel. I'd have to say I made a great choice. The hotel looked new and was very nice and the rooms were very clean. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The amenities the hotel offered were very helpful, the free hot breakfast offered my family many choices from scrambled eggs, waffles, and hot and cold cereals. Only bad thing I can say was that the wifi wasn't to good. I highly recommend this hotel..

I am so impressed with the staff at this hotel. I had two days to come to town and hold interviews for a store my company is opening and they were soooo gracious to allow me to use the breakfast room all day to conduct my interviews so we could have a quiet space to talk. They even went above and beyond to call me when an applicant showed up! Wow! The rooms are clean and comfortable as well. I have found my favorite place to stay in San Antonio. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Every staff member was amazing!!

Nice hotel for a good price. Very helpful and accommodating. Whatever we needed, they could help with. Clean, nice rooms. Good breakfast.
