Vetsavers was our primary vet for the almost seven years we had our pug, Boogie. They were always accommodating of his special needs as a disabled dog and went above and beyond for us on more than on occasion. We couldn't have asked for better veterinary care, Dr. Mace and her team truly are world class!

Few weeks ago, my girl was very sick.
I had an emergency situation . It was very scary.
Dr, Mace was super ! She help my girl to get thru those days.
She even called me same day, late that evening (after business hours) to get an update how my dog is doing.
Sommer (my dogs name ) is doing very well now .

Dr. Mase and the entire staff is great! They treat many of the animals in our house and are friendly, knowledgeable and the place is clean. Will continue to take our animals here. We have some elderly citizens and the staff is super responsive and our animals are in great health. Love this place!

Great service and price. Their over the counter stuff is overpriced like any vet though, I just bought their recommendation online, they were really understanding of that. Everyone was super sweet to my dog and he enjoyed it, despite initially being nervous.

Dr. Mace is the most amazing and caring vet we’ve ever had! All my dogs have absolutely loved her and were excited to go to the vet. She’s very good at what she does and the staff there is also wonderful!

I highly recommend this place, I was running behind due to personal issues and was still allowed to be seen and was seen promptly upon arrival. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful and Kacy even went out of her way to bring my pet supplies to my car for me personally so I could carry my sick pup. 10/10 recommend for a wonderful affordable experience for your fur baby!

Amazing experience! They got us in as soon as they could. The two women (I'm bad at names) were so caring and understanding! They could tell I was nervous and just talked to me about cars while I filled out paperwork. Doctor Bak was an angel, and even though it was close to closing, they didn't mind explaining everything to us. Please understand this is not an emergency vet hospital, so they can't see you right away. It's just a vet, but they have no problem recommending you! Thank you all!

I always have a great experience when I bring my Jester in for his visits. He was coming here before I adopted him and I wanted to continue to bring him here because they are use to him and he's use to them.. I don't care how far I move from N.Dallas I'm still gonna continue to bring my Jester to them to take care of him.. I love this place.. Another thing that's great about this place it's affordable and open 7 days a week for your convenience...

Would not hesitate to recommend Vetsavers in the least. Drs. Mace and Gleason have taken great care of my puppy for a decade now. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy.

I switched over from the Carrollton location to this office because it's now closer to where I live. I can't emphasize how grateful I am I switched locations. My 15 year old king cavalier has many things wrong with him - possible brain tumor, heart murmur, pancreatitis, bad anxiety - and they treat him with the best of care. The vet tech Jacki is THE best I've ever encountered. My dog is getting close to the end, and she couldn't have made me feel more accepting of it. The vet Dr Mace was kind and courteous of my financial situation. It was definitely the best experience I've ever had at the vet!

I have been taking my dog Max here for 3 years now and have had everything done. Every time I am met with very nice and got all my pet needs all in one place!!!

Have been going here for several years. Dr. Bak & Dr. Mace are both awesome. I get very good support for my diabetic cat. Love Joanne in the front, she has been there for me during heartbreaking and hard times. Good prices for the basics, but serious issues are very very expensive. It's a great clinic, and open 7 days a week.

The staff and doctors at Vet Saver are awesome. My pets have been seeing Dr. Mace for many years and she always gives excellent care as do the other doctors.

Everyone is always nice, easy scheduling, always answer any questions. Ladies up front are great. Good deals on bundles for new pets.

My little Milo has been a patient here for over a year. I wanted to get his teeth cleaned and the staff checked his records, letting me know that he needed to update some of his shots before that could be done. Scheduling was a breeze. When I dropped milo off, the tech didn't just grab him and go. He was scared and she waited for him to come to her before she picked him up. That was incredibly patient and sweet! I truly appreciate the staff here. They're great with follow up phone calls and texts. Very organized! Thank you for taking such great care of our Milo!

Vetsavers, Dr. Mace, and the staff are the best practice I've ever used! The level of care and compassion is above any expectation I could imagine. With this office you actually have a relationship instead of being just a number, which results in better care for the pets and their owners. I appreciate the level of interest and the love that is shown to my fur babies. I have enjoyed going to Vetsavers since they opened, have referred several of my friends, and would never even consider going anywhere else. I love Dr. Mace and the staff, and I would like to thank them for all the years of great service and patience shown to both me and my animals!!!

Been going to Vetsavers for years with my pupper. The vets there have been great but Dr. Bak is definitely one of the best and most caring vet we've seen. I live 40 min away but there's a reason why I keep coming back here.

I have a very positive experience with Dr.Bak and the clinic in general. Not only did they schedule my puppy in on a same day appointment on Sunday to treat his diarrhea, the price was also very reasonable. Both doctor and technicians were very patient at answering questions. Additionally, I was running late to pick up my puppy's medication after he was tested positive for Giardia. Instead of turning me away and asking me to come the next day, they proposed a few solutions and I ended up getting the medication on the same day! Oreo is now a happy puppy again
