This company denied my wellness exam claim. It has taken months of phone calls, waiting, more phone calls, more waiting , delinquency notices. I paid out of pocket and still can not get someone to fix this issue.

My husband's passed away he had a little money invested with them and before I could get a complete death certificate to them, which took three months I get a letter stating I t was invested and is no negative 24.00$ really.

Wife has it with her employer and the app won’t let her log in and no provider will take this garbage insurance

Trying to cash or rollover my 401k. I can see my balance online but when I call they cannot find my account. Where is my money? Representatives transferred my calls to different people but they dont know or solve anything, at this point I am frustrated, I guess I have to look for legal advise.

I am very disappointed via the company process to handle themselves. A very beat around the bush type damic attempting to use statistics rather than real life situations. Nat Peniston, was very disrespectful and had no direct communication, rather entered situations where he expects you to know it all and if you don't, he belittles you. Hopefully you are able to take your business elsewhere if you choose benefits with them, as they track and hunt on government contracts.

This company is the worst. Sends emails with expectancy dates that are weeks off, horrendously slow to get anything done. The "support" number is useless.

Don't tie your finances up with this company or it's subsidiaries!
