Walmart Pharmacy

On Thursday, we needed a chemo drug 11 days from the time we turned in the prescription to Walgreens. On the following Monday, Walgreens said it was out of stock and that they could not have it for 30 days. I called WalMart after talking to Walgreens. Melanie dealt with the situation, including getting the prescription from Walgreens. She also said it was out of stock but would have it for us by Wednesday or Thursday. We had it by midafternoon on Wednesday. Thank you Melanie!!!

Very fast pharmacy. Most RXs can be knocked out within 30 minutes after arrival. Pharmacists are knowledgeable. Majority of Technicians are pleasant. Do recommend to others.

The receptionists there are always pretty nice, but I haven’t met a tech that hasn’t been snotty to me. The techs are just pretty unhappy every time I have been in there since I moved to the area a year ago.

Staff is rude on the phone. I asked a question, she abruptly answered and hung up on me. I needed to ask another question.
