Have a great experience at this store. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked through the door. I will most definitely be back to give them my business.

I went in for a new phone and line and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. Matt G is the most helpful associate and made the process very smooth and understanding I’m so pleased with my purchase!

I went into the store in Boerne recently to switch my service to AT&T after TMobile instituted a policy that auto-pay can only be from a bank account (instead of a credit card). Iris and Isabella at the AT&T store were very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They answered all my questions, set up an account comparable to my TMobile and I even got a free phone in the deal. Great service!

Drew was great. Whole team was super helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them for any cell phone needs! Will be coming back!

Everyone was nice and professional here. Joseph, the manager, assisted me during my visit. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He thoroughly explained my options for upgrading and selecting the best device.

Technician was quick to identify the problem, very pleasant to communicate with and very personable. Turned an unpleasant situation (inoperative phone) into a happy ending.

Marcus was amazing! He spent an hour helping me to pick the perfect gift for my mother. He was extremely knowledgeable on all products, and all services, and payment options. He never made me feel as though I was taking up his time, or bothering him. I was very pleased when I left the store. My husband and I made the switch after being loyal TracFone customers for several years. We had to get new phones too many times and the service became worse and worse in a short time. AT&T has been great, my husband is happy and that alone makes it worth every penny.

We needed new phones. Wait time to be helped was under 5 minutes. We dealt with the manager - he listened to our needs, recommended great phones for our needs and saved me some money. He was personable and didn't take a long time to take care of us. An excellent experience.

I could probably sum up my visit today in three words; "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" I visited the Boerne location today with some issues with my HBO max account, and not only did Shareen and Jaylen help me out with all my questions, they did it all right before they closed. They were both professional and were well versed on the issues that I had with my account. I didnt feel rushed at all. Purchased iPhone 11 from this store. Joseph did a great job including transferring all data and apps to new iPhone. He also provided insight regarding use of google photos app to store pictures as well as helped us in the selection of accessories. Dee has to be one of the best AT&T reps out there! He worked so well with my family and the chaos that came along with it, just to ensure we could all be on a family plan that suited our needs. He was very thorough as to what to expect to see for cost, and also included taxes, which most fail to leave out. We’ve been trying to get on a family plan for a while, and Dee has been very informative and exponentially helpful throughout the whole process. Also, AT&T is the way to go for cell service/data if you live on the boonies!

Dee was one of the best sales reps I’ve dealt with in all my life and I get Social Security so I’ve dealt with quite a few sales reps in my life.
