Best GameStop ever. Current manger is great, knowledgeable, and friendly. In my opinion, be a pro member and it’s the best place to buy/trade games. In the context that you shop for games often!

Miss Ybarra we actually apologized and took care of your issue and your family still comes to our store regularly. We explained that our employee was just back from a life altering stroke that affected her motor skills and emotional state. She is still adjusting to the retail environment and learning. Great gamestop, has some good deals, the best staff...
But because everything is downloaded now, and amazon... I mean, they had Monster Hunter World at 70% off for only $20 and everywhere else sells it for $70+, so it has its uses but... I just think the chain itself may be going out of business.
But I can guarantee, this will be the last store to close.

The Game Stop in Boerne, Texas is an AWESOME store. I have recently dealt with Lane who is a young man who is CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented and very helpful! My son's XBOX One was NOT working and we thought it was the game. After trying out 2 games, Lane offered to test out our XBOX and found out it was the drive. How many people take that EXTRA step to help out that much? Well, I do not know but LANE at the GAMESTOP in BOERNE, TEXAS is a future STORE OWNER of a Business! Give him a RAISE so he will STAY at the Boerne store...

I love the customer service here. the associates were very knowledgeable about games as well as additional accessories. These guys made my shopping experience here wonderful. I love this place.

My absolute favorite Gamestop within 100 miles. The manager (at the time of writing) is knowledgeable and friendly. This store frequently has pre-owned items you can't find in other stores.

Was a small gamespot but packed with a lot if stuff. Had some games that are hard to find, I guess since it's a small town, not much traffic goin thru there but its def worth the 30 min it took to get there. Found bendy and the ink machine for switch there

Good place to pickup a game for newer consoles nowadays there aren't as much ps3 and Xbox 360 games there the other day I found a few of them and even some ds and 3ds games
