Comfortable seating, staff are friendly and offer a huge selection of vehicles. Luis was are agent and he did an excellent job at negotiating the best price with no pressure and gimmicks.

Boerne Dodge lives up to their reputation. Excellent customer service! I visited 5 dealerships looking for a 3/4 truck. I pulled in late a. was greeted immediately by Sterling Manning Sales Consultant. I told him that I wanted a used truck to pull a 8000 lb. bumper pull RV, he listened and shared his experience. He showed me a 2022 Dodge Ram Lariat fully loaded. We test drove it and since it was late had to finish up the next day. The next day I received a text from the General Manager Chip Watkins thanking me for visiting Boerne Dodge. I visited a dealership that had I a truck listed but was not ready to test drive, so by I left. The last dealership I visited not one person acknowledge me so I left.

Sterling Channing has great people skills, is friendly, professional, courteous and not agressive. The whole dealership experience from greeting, showing me vehicles, application process, to signing was by the best experience ever!

I stopped by the service department at Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to have a generic key programmed for my Jeep Commander. I spoke with Pagan Young to see if they were able to do the job for me. He was able to get on it right away. Pagan programmed the key and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. I am very happy with the service I received. Pagan was very helpful and good guy to work with.

I scheduled an appointment for a state inspection. The advisor said they could also do one of the 4 recalls that are outstanding on the RAM 2500.
I dropped the vehicle off and got a call recommending the oil be changed and the tires rotated since the mileage indicated the service was due even though the system said there was 30% life left on the life of the oil.
When I picked it up, they had done all that was agreed to plus they were able to do 3 of the 4 outstanding recalls. They also topped up the DEF and changed the air filters, all included under the maintenance package.
The service advisor was really looking out for my interest and went above and beyond what was expected.
All in all, a great state inspection experience!

I was so nervous about getting a new vehicle and very shook up after my wreck with my other car. Dealing with insurance claims and all the hassle of a total loss of from my other vehicle really had me stressed, but the guys at Boerne Dodge made it easy and fast to get in another vehicle. They treated me like family and really took care of me and my family. If there was a 10 star rating I would give it. I was able to upgrade to a truck with 4 wheel drive, which is what I have been wanting for a long time. Being a Realtor and showing property that 4 wheel drive is going to come in handy. Special shout out to Alex my salesman and of course my special friend Chip Watkins. Chip really cares about his employees and his customers.
