I can’t say enough about my experience at the Boerne store on Friday. I had a major issue trying to switch carriers, from the moment I walked in, Yessie, was there to help me. Yessie was patient, calm ( I was not) and took care of our hour long ordeal to get my service back on, joining Cricket and saving tons of money. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST.
