I Got what I wanted with my trade and my sales rep, Mr. C Moses knew exactly what car would fit my style without selling me on extra fluff and sticking with an affordable budget. I was very pleased with his recommendation as the Camry XLE is a classy fit without breaking the bank. Closing with finance team was smooth with no pressure or extra gimmicks. Great staff who always did their best to accommodate you and keep open lines of communication clear. Robert Font was my sales person, who went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and despite me pushing for more off the vehicle, he brought the general manager in to reassure me that I am getting the best deal. Noel Rodriguez was my finance manager, who was very thorough and went over all the options for me and made sure I knew what I was declining and got me the products I wanted to protect my purchase. I just bought my first Toyota from this dealership! Mando my sales guy is great! He was prompt and courteous and really made me feel special and never pushed the sale. The process was good and Noel the finance guy helped me make some good decisions when it came to my payments. 10/10 would recommend.

All the people at Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne are super friendly. The sales agent (John) walked us around the staff introducing us, like a welcome to the family type thing. John was extremely patient with myself and my wife and took the time to show us the different trims in the models we were interested in and very detailed on what each had and it’s benefits including his stories of how when and how he would use the features, so a more personal touch. They did not try to push the sale on my first trip there but did ask how they may help in our planning, they did state no pressure, they just want to help any way they can. I walked away without feeling I needed to buy. I did go back and buy from them after looking at other options and once again very friendly (whether buying or not). They did work hard to get me the numbers I was looking for so did buy. The experience with them was great and will definitely go back on my next car buy.

We went in today (8/23/23) and was greeted by Andrew Morgan who helped me choose a Camry. He went over all the details of the car and took his time to explain everything about the car. I was undecided about certain things I wanted & didn't want but he had patience and was very comforting in helping me choose. I love his demeanor & his joking ways. Keep up the great work Andrew.

All around great experience. Virginia Church was very personable and friendly, and she was able to get me into a 2022 Toyota Tacoma that was within my price range. My Finance Manager, Noel Rodriguez was also very friendly and helped me customize a warranty plan that remained in my budget, and was transparent about the different options that I had. I would highly recommend Toyota of Boerne!

I had a fantastic experience in Toyota of Borene We met up with a fine young man who was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was showing us. He asked about our needs and showed us what was available.
They have what seems to be the largest inventory of cars I've visited. We looked at 4 , drove 2, and bought one ! Yes, no pressure, no haggling, and I knew the price of the vehicle I was looking for, so the prices were good too. Paperwork did take about an hour to finish up, but otherwise, a smooth transition 👌. The place was packed, and for good reason. Best cars , best selection, and best deals. You won't be disappointed. And besides, it's a Toyota!

We recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. Michael and Caleb S both assisted in the sale and were very detailed in going over the features of the different trim levels we were interested in. Before we left the dealership, they made sure the new car was detailed, washed, and had a full tank. Both Michael and Caleb S took the time to answer any questions we had and made sure we had the Toyota app set up in full prior to the time we drove off the lot. A few days after the sale, we also received a follow up call to make sure we were pleased with the new car. Each of these salesmen were great at shifting between clients all while remaining professional and attentive to whatever we needed while there. Once we were transitioned back to financing, Omar was wonderful at answering the questions we had pertaining to his department.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle or switch from another make give either of them a call. Out of all the car salesmen we have dealt with, there was no haggling or persuasion against what we wanted. The dealership was over all the easiest to work with and were eager to make a deal.
