Eddie Cavallero and Austin were amazing they did everything they could to help me get back in a car. It took a few days but it was well worth it and I drove away extremely happy. I arrived at Nissan in Boerne with quite a bit of an issue with my 2022 Nissan. Actually, I had called first and made an appointment with Mr. Andrew Johnson. He noted all my concerns. I was then informed that it would take a few days to fix all my issues, and I opted to leave my vehicle there. The technicians were taking care of it, and Mr. Johnson gave me an update on what they had discovered. After 4 days, I picked up my truck, and all the issues were fixed. Mr. Johnson went beyond my expectations by making sure my truck was fixed. We reviewed together everything that I had complained about, and so far, my truck is working just fine. Thank you, Mr. Johnson, for being so patient. Great job, Mr. Johnson and Boerne Nissan.

My quest for a new car was brought to its conclusion here at Nissan of Boerne. I have had many bad experiences getting ripped off by devious car merchants, so as I walked through the glass doors full of fear and anxiety, my guard was raised high. But alas, a salesman by the name of Nicholas Sego appeared, and this man quickly alleviated my despondency and suspicion. What I thought was going to be a battle of wits and price points turned into a dialectical harmony between two strangers. No cheap parlor tricks, no smoke and mirrors, Nicholas was the geniune real deal. He procured the ideal car to suit my needs, and thereafter, he discovered an even more perfect automobile that they had available; perfectly aligned with my ideas, price and needs. With his guidance and expertise, Nicholas rewired my neural pathways in relation to this fearful process and displayed what a car buying experience should actually look like. No buyers remorse, and no sleepless nights. I am glad to have crossed paths with this young man as I could'nt have asked for a smoother and more relaxed experience.
I must also add to any potential customers reading this: Use the coffee machine at your own perile. That contraption has a mind of it's own. And absolutely do not under any circumstances try and make yourself a 2x cappuccino extra strong.

We bought a used Toyota from this dealership and Butch Wright was our salesman. Things went very smoothly. Butch mentioned he had experience in the back-of-the-house and was able to provide estimates for tradein and make adjustments as we talked without having to go and get someone else to approve the changes during negotiations. If we had to buy another used car from this dealership, we wouldn't hesitate.

I had a couple weeks of headaches at other dealerships until I showed up at Nissan of Boerne. Melissa Polendo was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in making it a quick & easy process. Amazing customer service and will definitely be recommending!

this is my 3rd purchase of a new vehicle from Nissan of Boerne..I have to say this dealership is TOP-NOTCH!! everyone especially your salesmen and your managers are great! even the receptionist at the front door!! Eddie Caballero was the greatist!! he pegged me and offered the perfect vehicle for me!!

Service was absolutely outstanding!! Andrew is the best manager. He coordinated a part I needed, and scheduled the service date. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by a very friendly and personable employee, (I did not get her name but she was great). As I walked to the service door, another employee was there to open the door for me. When in, Andrew was right there to greet me and let me know his title and that he would be personally managing my service. He escorted me to the lounge and said a shuttle driver would be there shortly to drive me back to my residence. Just as I sat down, Andrew came in and said the shuttle was ready. The shuttle driver Jacob was so nice and easy to to talk to to. He drove me home and gave me his information to let him know as soon as the service was completed. Andrew called me within 2 1/2 hours and said my service was completed. He said he had a master tech and another tech work on my vehicle and it went faster than expected. Andrew coordinated the shuttle to pick me up within 30 mins. Again Jacob was just great. As I arrived. Andrew escorted me to the cashier, and easily made the warranty transaction very pleasant. He then said he would personally bring my vehicle to the the front. He opened the door for me and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I told him his management of my service was impeccable, and I had never had service like that ever in all the dealerships I worked with in the past. Andrew should be head manager. He was so caring throughout my service, and ensured that I knew he would take care of me. Thank you so much Andrew, and all I met there, you are all so amazing. I can't wait to schedule another service with you.

My family and I visited Nissan of Boerne dealership and were attended by Daniel. His professionalism and knowledge made for a pleasant experience. We were able to see the vehicle that we enquire about as well as a variety of other vehicles that sparked our interest. Staff members were cordial and the facility is outstanding. My service manager, Joni-Dawn was amazing! She is knowledgeable about Nissan product and mechanics and works efficiently and effectively to provide excellent service. She is the best!

Absolutely wonderful there! Every single person I met there was knowledgeable and friendly. The place physically is absolutely wonderful as well and great waiting room with a dedicated kids area for the little ones. I’m so happy with the dealer, I would drive 2hr just for an oil change there. I look forward to my next purchase there in the future and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a nissan or get service done there. I took over a two hour driver to visit Nissan Boerne four weeks ago (and I hate dealerships). Jeremiah was informative, chill, and extremely knowledgeable about the Titan I was highly interested in. He was more helpful than pushy, which is what I was looking for in a salesperson. It took me over a week to make my decision. I took another two hour drive to pick up my new toy.

I was never pressured by Jeremiah. When speaking to my finance officer David, he was just as professional and down-to-earth as Jeremiah. He explained the painful amount I would be spending monthly, which was worth it for me. I have never bought a truck like this before. Furthermore, I have never had service as well. Jeremiah continues to check on me and has answered all my questions. In all honesty, I have contacted him more than he has contacted me.

Go see Jeremiah and David. I highly recommend them. Sincerely, the best service I have ever had in a dealership.
