Had a complicated return this time around, married but filing separate. Strolled into walmart and met John who gave us a short consultation on the process. He was friendly and informative which made us feel welcomed. So we brought him our taxes and he started the process.

We weren't super prepared with gathering all the documents needed, but he was patient and very understanding. He didn't get bothered by the fact it took us 3 trips to get all tye documentation he needed. After all said and done, John made it less painful then we thought and was professional yet personal through the whole process.

Ellio has been my Go To guy for many years. Yes last year we did run into a delay due to not having our Obama​ care forms which held up our return until after having that added. People please take your proof of health care or you Will experience a delay. Helio will Always make sure you file for everything your qualified for!

Charles was so helpful, he asked a lot of questions and answered many of our questions. Definitely will be see Charles again for our tax return needs.
