love the style

Turns out I'm not someone who was meant to wear stylish clothes. The trednier the item, the smaller and smaller the definition of Extra Large ends up being. Some very interesting and appealing outfits, maybe worth shopping for a gift if you have any anorexic friends/family. So far everyone I know seems to shop there but never actually buy anything. Just waiting on those XXXL items to come into stock I guess. Friendly staff. I don't think they wear the clothes either.

I loved pacsun as a teen, but this location is very small & has a small selection. I have also noticed that the prices have gone way up in the past few years.

I would leave a zero star if that was an option. On 15 December I ordered my son-in-law a shirt. I was told I would get expedited shipping which was three days. On 21 December I called them because I had not gotten a shipping confirmation and my order has not shipped yet. I asked them to cancel my order and I was told that my order could not be canceled even though it had not yet been shipped. I could not understand the person who I was talking to because their accent was so strong so I hung up and called back to speak to someone else. That person told me that they would put my order through with a rush and they would get it out that day. Later that day I got an email saying my order had been canceled. I will never again order anything online from this store and I may never shop there again lol

I will not shop here again. I purchased 2 shirts for my husband for Christmas and wanted to return them as he wasn’t crazy about them. I waited for over 25 minutes on a “manager” because the one girl working couldn’t do returns. Or answer any questions. Finally the manager returns appearing like she just rolls out of bed, doesn’t say hello and lazily grabs my bag. All this only to tell me I can’t get my money back even though I have the receipt and will only get store credit unless I shop back. Why couldn’t the first girl tell me that? Poor customer service. Didn’t even get a “sorry” for being absent, making me waste my time or not being able to return the items.

Whatever you do, don't use their website for In-Store pickup. Thought it would be a good idea since they're promoting 10% off for pickup orders, but in reality their broken website and app won't let you place your order and will instead charge you 5 separate times.

Customer service said wait an hour and try again. Nice advice to lose another $30.

They like to take advantage of minors & steal money (knowingly charging a card more than once) when asked about a refund was told it was a “me problem”

Pacsun use to have a great selection. Today all the shirts have thin material and stretched out collars and you sell them for top dollar. The few decent shirts I found were not available in my size for the most part. There were signs all over saying by one get one 50% off graphic t-shirts but all the shirts I picked out didn't qualify for the sale when I was checking out. I ended up paying almost $100 for 3 t-shirts. I have to find another place to shop for my clothing due to the top dollar prices for ratty t-shirts w stretched out collars. That's just not my style. Very disappointed.

Incredibly rude staff, I work in customer service so I understand to a certain extent but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a clothing store.
