It's Clean, and Great Customer service and Great Sales on Everything from Women's Clothes to Jewelry. I'm always at the Jewelry counter and the Employees in Jewelry know I buy a lot jewelry there for Friends Family and myself. Good quality Diamonds, Sapphire and Sterling Silver. Like most other Penneys, the store was well organized and the staff was friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and tidy. It's located inside of the market place mall which is very nice with a bunch of different stores and options. I definitely recommend checking out either the Penny's or the mall if you're in this area.

It had been awhile since I had been to a JCPenny store. I had become disappointed in their merchandise. I was very shocked and pleased with the merchandise in this store. Inventory seemed a little sparse, but definitely one of the better JCPs I’ve been to in a long time.

What can I say I love JCP store is clean dressing rooms open and clean and always find things on sale.

Great customer service. My crazy self accidentally placed two orders online for the exact same items. I took one of the orders in and had no problem getting a refund. Of course, while I was there I had to do some shopping as they had some really good sales.

I went in not knowing where to find a certain work shirt and every time I walked by a worker they asked if I was finding everything okay and if I needed help. One lady understood what I was looking for and walked me directly to the item and told me where the dressing rooms were too. It was just such a smooth and satisfying experience. Check out was great too and the cashier scanned a Sunday paper coupon for me. Much appreciated.

Had a new ring sized here and they did a beautiful job! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I hope this store can hang in there since Mattoon and others have closed because I live everything about JCPenney! They truly offer high quality and unique merchandise.

It was clean, while salespeople were stocking and straightening areas. I had not shopped retail (brick and mortar) in a while. Some very good sales even before Black Friday. I recommend a look and see before you order online.

I went to the JCP Salon and I had a great experience. I got a hair cut with styling and it was only $32 (I used a coupon as well). Allie was very nice and understood what I wanted, and gave me a very nice haircut! I am so glad I found this salon and I'll definitely come back.

It's a special place in the market place mall and does a great service to the people,although I'm not a big shopper here I do see mother's going in getting clothes.JCPennes has been around,we know them as people and the quality is good,so if you want to save or even pay a little more for that extra Jcpenney is your place of business.i rate them a 5 star cause all my trips there I always got what i was looking for,and i like their selection of sox for men.

Love our JC Penney! Very helpful staff. I just love the quality of the clothes! Coupons and sales make prices not much more than Walmart and the quality is so much better!

I found some amazing deals on spring and summer dresses that were on clearance, with an extra 25% off and an additional 20% off with my JCP card. $397 value for $125 with tax, WOW!!

Good selection of clothes. I do wish the girls section had more 14-16 to choose from though.

I picked up an online order, it was easy and quick. Very friendly and helpful clerks throughout the store.

Some displays are thin on product. The sales aren't marked on a majority of clothes, but the deals are pretty good.

I always love JCPenney for all the crazy, awesome, deals I am able to find here! When I'm hunting down a nice dress and want a great deal, this is where I go!
