I use AATA several times a week and travel all about town. It is terrific!

Well, it's a small office to which you have to go to do boring tasks. But it was clean, there was seating, the process (getting a bus pass) was straightforward and pretty quick, and the staffer was very pleasant. Not exactly a place I'd take out-of-town guests to, but not a place I'd dread revisiting, either.

I came here specifically to buy a fare deal card and a new bus pass, and where others would've let me span spend an arm and a leg on my bus pass the receptionist let me know that the price on the bus passes go down on Sunday August 28th. She was very professional and I truly appreciate that. This company is 5 stars all the way in my book

Wonderful service. Public Transpotation is very important for communities.

Mostly crowded buses but the drivers are friendly and very helpful I love the transit will continue to use the bus for my travel needs with 3.00 a day it's a lot cheaper and safer than driving yourself so thanks Ann arbor transit authority

My experiences with employees over the phone were very pleasant. The people I spoke with were very helpful. However, when I walked in to the office the employee just stared at me when I walked in. She waited for me to talk instead of asking if she could help me. I was relieved that I was only picking up a document and didn't need anything more complicated.

A group of friends and I took the bus downtown to the Ann Arbor Art Fair as it was cheaper than trying to find parking in that area. Both drivers were courteous, good at their job, but I don't understand why we stopped in both directions at bus stops and didn't pick anybody up but sat there at least 5 minutes.

It's not that at all if you're out towards Washtenaw area in Ann arbor area if you're in it see it's a little frustrating because you're on the bus a long time but that's that's without saying you know that's going to happen but to go from washing all the State Street downtown Ann arbor ain't nothing to it actually kind of fun

Reliable schedule and mostly good drivers. Only ever really had issues with kne driver that like to drive 25 mph going down Washtenaw and says he "has to go with the speed of traffic" there are no cars. So why use that as an excuse?

Visited for business reasons. I have to say I was absolutely amazed at how clean the place was. Even the mechanics bays were spotless. Whoever is running this place deserves several gold stars.

Great drivers! Due the the Covid virus, routes are limited, the station downtown is open for selling passes, but the lobby & restrooms are still closed (11/22/20).

Most drivers are pleasant some aren't. I have to ride the bus almost every day so I have to deal with the drivers almost every day. It's not the drivers I am to worried about it's the passengers.

I want to thank all transportation drivers for putting there life on the line during this covid 19 ' i pray for you guys safty and you guys being brave through this' Teresa Abraham' one of the drivers' personality is one of few' we all love her' shes been the best driver i seen yet .. Well some of the other drivers are nice' but i only ride ghe one bus MS.abraham is driving"

We ride the bus here all the time and we couldnt be happier with it. Tonight the bus had a little malfunctionthat made it refuse to give us transfers. We said we could just pay again but instead our bus driver on route 45 named Kay went out of her way and tracked us down 2 transfers. Thank you Kay!
