American Eagle & Aerie Store

Firstly, the gals who helped me were SO kind. I called ahead to see if they had any bikinis in stock yet (as I had forgot one for my trip). The girl searched the back for all they had in my size for me to try on when I arrived. I found a cute suit and plenty of other items in my size! The size range availability was so much better than its been in the past and the customer service was wonderful. ♡

I grew up in the Ann Arbor area so I’ve been shopping at this American eagle location for quite some time now. I’ve never once had a bad experience. I’m a bigger girl and not once have I been singled out. I’ve heard about the girl who had an issue at this store a week or so ago and I think it’s a bit dramatic. As a bigger girl myself I obviously don’t stand for fat shaming, but I also worked in retail and some things she described in her videos are normal retail things. Such as greeting a customer the second they walk in. If a group of 4 people walk in, you greet them obviously, but I myself would never stand there and ask each Individual of the group if they needed something. As for the whole coupon thing, it was a paper for signing up for a credit card ( I know this because that’s all American eagle ever gives out ) at my store we had to give out so many of those as well, but obviously we didn’t give it out to every single person in the store. - anyways, I truly think this is a great store that just had one bad incident whatever the real story may be.

I was so excited to hear about a dedicated Aerie store opening up so close by! I stopped in to use my 20% birthday discount and went a little crazy. Store was clean, organized - not as much selection as online of course, but I still managed to do well. The girls working were also super nice. Will definitely be going again!

Very polite, patient and helpful staff. Everytime I visit this store, the sales floor employees make shopping experience very pleasant. Very supportive during returns and online order placements. The store manager 'Veronica' is one of the best. I wish I knew the name of another lady to mention here, who helped me for my last visit where we had to order almost 18 items and had to bill them 3 times due to the system issues, she also gave some extra 15% discount for the delay caused due to system.

I walked in and bought every single thing that Sofia picked out. She was a walking model!!! I was looking for some clothes for my nanny since she barely wears any (I don’t want that around my husband) and she helped me pick out a whole wardrobe! I will definitely be returning

I've always liked American Eagle and their prices. Most of the time when I pop in they have stuff on the clearance rack that I find pretty appealing, considering the fact that I'm pretty picky.

They had exactly what my son was looking for. The dressing rooms were clean and available.

Favorite current brand of clothes. Fits very well. Wide selection. Great customer service
