Sergeant Pepper's General

Local strong. Legendary place to shop and part of the UMich tradition. You must shop here at least once during college.

I lived right down the road from this place. When I wasn't feeling well or needed a snack, it was super convenient just to go there. We call it Jimmy's and then happily refer to everyone in the store as Jimmy in conversation. Great guys run the place and always are there for a nice chat.

They actually had yeast when I went to find some snacks. Kroger and Meijer can't seem to stock baking essentials, but this guy's got it. Sgt Pep's makes living near Packard and East U super convenient.

My absolute favorite corner store ever. The staff is always incredibly friendly. Prices are also pretty reasonable!

The owner George is a very nice man. And he have a little bit of everything you need. Big collection of beer and wine.

It's the best in Town. Very nice customer service and very good manegment. Students leave there pictures at the walls of this store as memories.
