Mark the owner is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy who does good work at a fair price. the problem is that he is very unreliable and unavailable for service. We had them install environmental controls for my son who became a quadriplegic after a terrible accident. they installed cameras, and thermastats he could control himself along with switches for the lights. we also had things installed that allowed Drew to control his TV cable and DVD player. they work good when they work but when they don't it takes for ever to get service. the wires were wired to short making it difficult to get to the back of components to trouble shoot. and so on. as of right now i have had a call in to him for over 2 months and I even offered to pay for the service call and requested that he just talked me through everything so i can do things myself going forward, still no date set. he responded by text once and said that he was swamped on his full time job and did not know when he would have time to set a service call but he woould call me when he knew and that was over two weeks ago. So i would suggest that you do not use M&J for any of your tech needs.
