I stopped by on Saturday 2/10/24 with the intent of buying a Tacoma. I drive through the lot and found a black 2024 Tacoma, my favorite color for a vehicle. I went into the showroom and it was crazy busy. I found Salesperson Mona Black and asked if she was available. Mona told me that she had some customers on a test drive but would help me. I told her that I was interested in a black Tacoma. She said, “ This is meant to be because I have the keys right here.” The Tacoma was just delivered and had not yet been processed. I was able to drive the truck around the lot but couldn’t take it on the road as all the safety features had not been turned on yet. I knew that I wanted this truck just driving it around the lot. We settled on the price and I bought the truck. It was painless and Mona was the best!
I’ve had the truck for 3 days now and have 200 miles on it. I love it!

John Howell helped us score an amazing Hybrid Highlander and our family is SO excited! He showed me every feature I needed to know about, helped me set all the settings to my preference, sync my phone with the vehicle, and set me up on my phone with the Toyota app, all while my tiny humans ran amuck. He stayed late, gave us coffee and hot chocolate, and made sure we had no questions left unanswered, and his cell number in case we came up with any later. Best buying experience of my life. Great dealer to work with! Especially for a picky buyer like myself or my father who just bought a trd pro 4 runner from Tyler.
No pushy sales tactics no sales guys fighting to get the next sale for commission etc. (all the bad of most dealers) was not present here. Entire process from start to finish was oriented towards the buyer and our needs. Very well ran dealer. Great atmosphere and team here as well! Treated the guy buying a 20k car that same as a guy buying one for 6 figures and that goes a long way for me!

Had the best buying experience with this dealership! Keith Brooks and Eugene Ilin were both very pleasant to work with. The whole time, I didn't feel like being pressured into buying anything. Toyota of Ann Arbor was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the whole process. We came from Escanaba Michigan to buy a vehicle, our salesman Kyle Taylor picked us up from the airport in a snow storm! Once at the dealer Zack Johnson came to check on us and make sure everything was going smoothly. Our document signing went fast and efficiently with Tony Khalil, he explained all of our options and was never pushy. I was extremely impressed by this dealership. I spoke with Tyler shortly after they got this truck on trade in and he kept me updated as they got it ready for sale and provided me with everything from their inspection reports to their parts list. To say that I was impressed with the staff and facility is an understatement. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. The associates were all very friendly. I dealt with Tyler Doyle, and I have to say, Tyler is THE GUY to deal with! He was up front, on time and left no questions unanswered. Let’s face it, purchasing a vehicle is a huge undertaking and can be quite cumbersome. Tyler made the process so easy and straightforward that it felt effortless. His knowledge and input on what was in my best interest was impressive. I appreciated all of his efforts and have to qualm stating that he left a lasting impression. He WILL BE my ONLY phone call when the time comes to purchase another truck.

Mack took great care of us during the sales process, which, in our case, was handled primarily long distance. He was responsive and clear about what paperwork was needed and ready to research additional questions we had about our purchase. We just picked up our new 2024 RAV 4 from Toyota of Ann Arbor today. The car is in perfect condition. The buying process was smooth and efficient. We are very happy with this purchase.

Anthony Valenti is the sales person. He is fantastic. He guided us through the purchasing process. We live an hour away from Ann Arbor. The car was in transit at that time. We negotiated over phone before we made the purchase. Anthony went to his manager multiple times to negotiate the price for us. Anthony gave us updates and answered our questions promptly. When I was in doubt after reading the negative google reviews about this dealer, Anthony was very patient with me and promised that he will take good care of us and make us happy customers. And he did it! When the car arrived this Thursday, Anthony took a video of the car inside and out. He sent the video to us. So we were able to see the car before we picked it up on Saturday. Anthony went up and beyond with this purchase. He had the car ready and gas tank full before we picked it up. He arranged our meeting with Michael in finance department early in the morning. Michael is very nice and professional too. Anthony taught us how to use Toyota APP and how to operate the vehicle. We had no wait time. It all went very well.

I would like to mention one thing. After we accepted the final price, we discovered that we didn’t like an option installed on the car (fog light accent which is a vinyl sticker). Anthony brought our concerns to his manager Zack. Zack called us immediately and made us aware that customers’ satisfaction was their top priority. He would like to remove the installed option and cancel the charge of it. It is incredible. I feel they work around with you to sell cars and also make you happy. We don’t see many dealers like this. I am so glad I purchased my new car from Toyota of Ann Arbor.

As for the price of our car, I believe we got a good deal. They advertised a big discount for new cars in transit. Usually dealers only discounted cars sitting in their lots for months. They also offer a life time power train warranty on all of their cars with no extra fees. Overall it is a great purchase. Thank you Anthony. You are kind and professional. You are the best!

The best service I’ve had at a dealership!!! Dusty Orick was so kind and comforting through the process. Very transparent and looking out for our best interest the whole time, almost like family. We were about to drive out the lot with the car and he noticed a small crack in the shield, so he made sure that Toyota would replace it free of charge at our convenience! Such attention to detail and warm Midwest service. 10/10 GO SEE DUSTY!!!!

Amazing people at this dealership! I do not often post reviews, so when I do they mean something! First of all, I have never had the door opened for me as much as I did during my four hours spent buying a used car. Every time I went in or out, a Toyota employee made it a point to open the door. Classy!
Shout out to Kyle- he sold me the car and was nothing but fair. Not at all pushy, but did his job as a salesperson! He treated my 23 month old with dignity and came through with a little Toyota football to occupy him. Brilliant!
Second shout out to Tony- he spent over an hour helping me sort out insurance issues on the phone with Progressive. He hooked the baby up with some paper and markers. And when I thought I lost my debit card, he immediately went on the hunt for it!!
I will return here in the future simply based on today’s interaction- that is how great it was! Honest.
