Great customer service and knowledgeable staff !!

Jim was the only sewing machine professional who agreed to service my old Singer treadle machine which had not been used in decades. He did a wonderful job getting it to work again at a very reasonable price in less than a week. Thank You Jim!

They got my vacuum back up and running again. The suction had started to be significantly worse than it was supposed to be and it works great now. Fairly priced. They also have great prices on new vacuums and a good selection.

Jim at the Ann Arbor Vacuum Store did a great job repairing our Oreck Magnesium vacuum cleaner, and the price was reasonable. We had looked around for a vacuum cleaner to replace our Oreck, and none of the newer models measured up. We are delighted that we can use our Oreck Magnesium a few years longer thanks to Jim at the Vacuum Store.

They repaired an old Singer sewing machine for my daughter-in-law even when a new part wasn't available. We are impressed with their ingenuity, skill and integrity. I recommend them with no reservations.

I dropped off my 22 year old Kirby G4 Monday and picked it up today (Friday). The owner Jim personally works with you, and does the repairs. I am extremely pleased with the service, on time, as quoted. His labor for cleaning/repair was less than the Kirby repair center (and half their estimated time), he had the needed parts in stock (he also fixed three other items). Excellent service, extremely knowledgable, fair prices. He is also a local business!

Great selection and product. I bought a Sebo vacuum from The Vacuum Store Ann Arbor that has worked like a champ for 5+ years now. Jim the owner provides great service and the price is right. Highly recommend this store over shopping at Target or Walmart. Shop local with a great small business here in A2.

Jim Saved My Dyson Vacuum! I tried to clean it with directions from a youtube video....needless to say, I failed and it wouldn't work. Leave your vacuum maintenance and cleaning to the professionals. My vacuum is working amazingly now! Thanks, Jim! We will be back!

Jim did an awesome job of revamping our 10 year old Oreck, he's always very helpful and finds the best way to meet our needs without costing a fortune.

Dropped in to look at vacuum selection and the owner, Jim, was quick to welcome me and answer my mundane questions. Walked out with something different than I was planning on getting and I just confirmed that it was $20 cheaper from Jim than from amazon.
