As a fellow attorney, I cannot recommend Logeman Iafrate and Logeman enough for anyone who's been in an auto accident or suffered a personal injury.

They literally wrote the book on auto law in the State of Michigan and they are amazing attorneys who get the job done.

Mr. Lafrate is a pleasure to work with and has brought clarity to uncertain times. Every interaction with him and his staff has been helpful, cordial, and prompt. After my accident, I was left worrying more about trying to breathe and tending to injuries than anything else. The last things I had the energy for were heaps of case law and arguing with insurance companies. It has truly been a blessing for my sanity, mental health, and road to recovery physically to have a competent and caring advocate.

Adrienne Logeman is an exceptional auto injury attorney. No television commercials or attention seeking Just word of mouth from years of professionalism and success in the court room. Andrienne Logeman has represented me in a auto personal injury case for more than ten years. My accident was in 2004 and in 2011 my auto carrier began denying every medical bill presented to them which were then paid by my health insurance carrier. Since 2011, Adrienne has been kind enough to file suit every two to three years to reimburse my health insurance carrier for bills they paid that should have been the responsibility of my auto carrier. In 2019, my auto carrier decided to take the matter to a jury trial. Adrienne put me at ease and explained every step of the process before and during the trial. She was amazing. Confident, composed, professional, polite and extremely competent. Adrienne deposed two of my physicians and I was a live witness. That was all she needed. The insurance company deposed six independent medical examiners (physicians and psychologists) and had one live witness; the insurance adjuster. The trial lasted three days. There was a jury of seven people. At the end of the trial the jury was instructed to consider six questions, including; was I injured in an auto accident, did that accident result in a brain injury and other injuries, should the insurance company pay for my ongoing treatments, should they pay for my related medications, and should we be awarded interest for bills they did not consider for payment in a timely manner, etc. The jury returned a unanimous verdict in our favor on all questions. I never felt nervous or worried. Adrienne is a very knowledgeable and I let the professional do her job. She made me feel very comfortable on the witness stand. Watching her cross examine witnesses on video depositions and in person was an experience I will not forget. I could not have asked for better representation and care. She was accessible and her staff was always very helpful and friendly. I would not let anyone else represent me in an auto case. I am very thankful for her. A great firm. A great lawyer. A great family. An incredible experience.

Working with Bob and his staff was a God-send for us. The auto insurance company had unilaterally decided no further treatment was warranted for a closed head injury of a pedestrian struck by an out-of-control driver. The Logeman team helped us understand the process for getting the insurance companies to fulfill their obligations; they filed legal papers, represented us well in case reviews and successfully mitigated repeated settlements that covered all medical expenses, replacement services and medical transportation as well as compensation for pain and suffering. Hopefully we'll never face this type of need again, but if we do, we'd return to them in a snap!
