This store is closed now. They have a small selection inside of Macy's. They used to have a really nice store. ☹

I will not be ordering from here again.
Shoes are too small for my granddaughter, could not find a place to exchange them within their ridiculous 45 day window.

Worst service ever! My infirm mom needed shoes. She wanted my mom who walks with aides to bring shoes back and forth from register so she could put them in back storage. Employee was hunched down behind register the whole time on her phone. She wouldn't help at all!! I blame Macy's and manager of shoe depart. for keeping this employee. I have been a customer of Macy's for almost forty years and today cut up my Macy's card. Never going there again. Just absolutely dreadful attitude of employee towards customer!

The lady sold me some women shoes I went back two days later to return them and the same lady was there she said I could not return them cause I wore them once so you guys lost a customer
