Robby in cosmetics is AMAZING! I know nothing about makeup and needed serious help in picking out a couple of products, and Robby was patient, friendly, and honest. I was dreading an in-store beauty department encounter, but Robby made it painless. There was another nice associate named Aretha who also gave helpful guidance.

Macy's is a great store that I started to rely on for quite a few things. I started off going for their sales but found that some of their other items are reasonably priced without the sales. The new toy department previously known as Toys r. Us is really a good addition to this store. I will go there again and I recommend you go there as well.

A store full of variety of brands and amazing deals. This place always surprise you owing to friendly staff and quality of clothing (Men, Women & Kids) , wallets, perfumes, jewelry, watches and much more, at very good prices. One of the best store to start with shopping in Ann Arbor, due to assortment of brands with steal deals!!

I enjoyed coming here to this Macy's. First time at this one and to pick up a dress that they had on hold for me! The staff were all nice, welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. This is definitely a great Macy's to come to! 😊

Beautiful store with fantastic selections. Everyone at the fragrance counter was SO kind and helpful as my son and I went in to find the right fragrance on Sunday.

Always have good service here. And the sales and coupons and discounts with my Macy's card have gotten me some great deals. I got a great new Calvin Klein coat at a terrific price, and it was all a charge.

Love Macy's. The store has pretty much anything that you might need, so I tend to get lose myself looking at all the great things that I want (I mostly get stuck at make-up counters, shoes, and handbags). And as an added bonus, they always have amazing sales going on

I want to praise Elaine especially for excellent service on Jan. 18 2023. I had a complicated return and Elaine demonstrated determination, patience, and great knowledge of "the system" there on the computer to complete the return. Most of all, she kept her good humor and friendliness even though the situation was a headache. She could have announced "It just isn't doable" at any time and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you, Elaine, for your outstanding service! I want to add that both my mom and I always find something lovely at Macy's. In all departments, the selection is excellent, and the store is pleasant and kept in good order. I really hope these "department stores" survive. They provide one-stop shopping, employ locally, and offer great sales. They are also up on trends - young people should check Macy's out!

Went there to find dresses for my wife for her birthday. Most stores don't carry casual modest dresses. They had sales, and she was able to find three and two blouses. The sales person, LaChair was great!

Good experience not to be hounded all time by an Associate, even though I understand they have to, for I have been there and done that! But what I observe they approach you once and then give you space to browse n decide 🤔 if you want to purchase an item.
