this place is awesome. the staff is great very professional. I have high anxiety especially when it comes to the dentist. they addressed that and I'm relaxed and comfortable during any procedure. oh, and the communication is fantastic. they have a software program that will never let you forget an appointment. I highly recommend them.

They’re always kind and do great work. I just got a crown put on and it was a good experience. Before when they had to make my teeth ready it was kind of hard but they were understanding and numbed me up when there was pain so it wasn’t bad. Just a long process. And the staff get along nicely so it’s easy to be around them. I like it here a lot.

This place is so great! All of the staff have noting but your comfort in mind, and this is clear from the minute you sit on the couch in the lobby! If you can pull yourself from that couch to get your cleaning/filling or other complete, they make sure you feel comfortable during the whole procedure, too!

I've been here twice now, consistently excellent service, gentle dentistry, easy insurance/scheduling experience. I love that it's not as much of a "chain" as other dentists in the area. More local feel. Highly recommend.

I've historically not had great dentist experiences and generally dislike going to the dentist. When I moved to Ann Arbor for 2 years I decided to try these guys and they have been fantastic. Over the two years I've gotten two crowns, a filling, and the customary teeth cleanings from here and they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They do great work, have high attention to detail, and never try to upsell you on any unnecessary service. They are also efficient and transparent with their pricing which has always seemed very reasonable. They are also super friendly!

I wish I could take this dentist office with me when I move back South and I fear they've set the bar so high that no other dentist will meet it.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They had excellent knowledge and were reassuring throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job with the cleaning and provided different options for me depending on my budget for dental care.

Everyone was really nice and positive. The hygienist was so careful and gentle. I was so anxious but left feeling relieved and happy with my choice of dentistry clinic.

Plenty of parking, clean modern office, very compassionate, experienced and kind staff, I appreciated the focus on the patient. I’ve found the dentist for my whole family. A++.

The entire staff here was personable, accommodating. The male dentist that saw me was very nice, explained procedures, etc., professionally and respectfully. I had a 12 month old with me, who sat on my lap the entire time! Sarah was an absolute joy and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable, despite having a baby that was teething molars--and was exhausted! We made it work and I walked out not feeling stressed or underwhelmed, but like I really want to leave this review. And come back!

Like most people, I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist. However, this place is absolutely fabulous! Everyone is so nice and so professional. They all make you feel at ease. I will definitely always recommend this place!

Heather N. has been cleaning my teeth for years and she is awesome. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Flannigan and Michelle and they were equally awesome. Very caring and explained everything they we’re doing. Although it was a long appointment they made it go smoothly. I would definitely refer anyone looking for a new dentist to these people.

Dr. Bailey Kline is knowledgeable, skilled, and takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options. I had a lot of anxiety about getting my crown—but she helped me feel calm throughout the procedure.

Assistants Heather and Peggy work gently and expertly. Billing is upfront and seamless with my insurance; no hidden costs. Wonderful experience!

If you have children, you must see Dr. Klein! She’s absolutely amazing with children! My son had to get fillings done and she explained every part of the process and walked him through everything. I can not get over how wonderful of an experience it was, especially since getting fillings as a child can be traumatic and cause future avoidance as an adult. Peggy, Dr. Klein’s assistant was wonderful and also great with children. The front desk was super nice. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist, especially for children.

Today I meet Sara and Dr. Flanagain had a new patient, I was a bit nervous and embarrassed because it’s been awhile since I’ve seen a dentist. But they were both so kind, welcoming and inviting , they were thorough walking me through everything and explaining my needs and what treatment is best for me. I look forward to continue going to see them and developing a good establishment with this office

While they are incredibly busy, they will work with you to fit you in, especially if it is an urgent situation. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness. They are worth the wait.

When I was calling to schedule the appointment I let the person know my 6 year old daughter has autism and we weren’t sure how she would do. The scheduler assured me we could try an appointment and see how it went. I could not have been happier today. My daughter came to watch my appointment followed by her own. Our dental hygienist (Sarah) took her time including my daughter in every thing she did. She allowed my daughter to move the chair up and down, explained what she was doing, and even didn’t mind when her head was as close to my mouth as the dental hygienist. I was so moved that someone would take that sort of time and care to help a young child have a positive experience. For the first time in her life my daughter had a dentist appointment without screaming or being held down. Sarah talked her through the whole appointment and we ended up with lots of great videos (care of dad) of her getting her teeth cleaned. Many thanks! You have a new family of patients for life.
