I called this office and spoke to a gentleman about my lost tracking number. He made the extra effort and was able to track my package via the amount and date of the transaction. I am so grateful! I wish I had gotten his name to personally thank him again.

Had to get a package that had been marked with the wrong house number and the staff were so helpful. They were able to find my package even with the wrong address and were so nice. The post office can be very busy but the employees are really doing their best, so make sure to treat them kindly.

I have always had an efficient post office experience when going to this location. The one way parking lot design has plenty of spaces and makes for quick and easy stops. Wait times here seem to be pretty reasonable from my past visits. The staff is knowledgeable and prompt to help with questions and requests such as purchasing stamps or verifying parcel details.

New to MN and was met with courtesy and positivity. The process went smoothly and I haven’t had any issues since. It is conveniently located to grocery stores and other common errand locations. Would highly recommend.

The people who work here are extremely helpful and patient. Even when it's busy, they make time to help you understand your options, get your package or mail all ready to go, and do it while making friendly small talk with you. They make a boring chore just a little better.

All of the staff here are warm and helpful. I ship often and they're always happy to help! The plants also liven this post office up a lot. When another local post office lost my package and refused to help, they took down my number and tried to preform a search, even when it wasn't their fault.

Blake and Robert have always been amazingly helpful in the two years I've lived in Northeast. They have let me come in to pick up packages as late as 7 pm and one of them even went to personally drop off a package for me from Japan after the signature tracking was mixed up some how. These guys are great and deserve a raise. Every time I've gone into this post office, all staff have been friendly and knowledgeable as well. I've lived by some poorly run posts offices, but this one is definitely doing something right.

I've always had great service at this post office. They have multiple pickups a day from their outside boxes. The desk staff is always helpful. Their lobby is always open so that if I want to drop off a package, check my PO box, or buy self-service mail I can do it on my schedule.

First off, for those who are upset about the timing of the delivery of your Priority Mail packages, the only GUARANTEED service is Express. Priority is always an estimated time for delivery, which is faster than standard and parcel post. The very best thing you can do for yourself, is to make it known what date you need the package delivered by, and they will help you pick the correct service to fit your needs.

Secondly, why anybody would complain about Keith is a total mystery to me. Sounds like a person with unrealistically high expectations. I use this post office for my business on a very regular basis, and not only do I find Keith to be friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable, but the rest of the staff is too. Listen, this is a government run endeavor. It isn't a retail or restaurant situation. It isn't the fault of the kind employees at this or any Post Office that they're understaffed. Bring that up with your Congressman. Until then, let it be known that these folk toil and do the very best job they can do with what they've got. End of story.

I actually don't write reviews very often but when I read that others thought the staff was rude, I had to chime in -- I most definitely did NOT have that experience. I had a huge mail-forwarding mix up and the older gentleman that helped me was so kind and patient! I experienced above and beyond great customer service!

Had an issue with a package and Najah here was super helpful, friendly, and thorough.

Absolutely the best post office around. The staff here are caring, generous, & dedicated, and have many times gone above & beyond to ensure quality package care, humanity, & accountability. Thankful for these awesome folks!

This is my neighborhood post office and I've had nothing but good experiences. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, and they have always given me great service.

The staff here are very kind and understanding. I wouldn't go any other place for package shipping and other postal needs unless forced.

Best post office around. Given that it’s probably a difficult job the employees here are always cheery and easy to talk to.
