New Brighton Home Depot(HD) store in Mpls on Stinson Blvd, MN, the managers Jon & Enrique are Remarkable, absolutely Incredible when it comes to providing Outstanding customer service! Thanks You!!!

I've had so many home remodeling upgrades done this year in 2023, with numerous phone calls/emails on my part with each order that was placed and I respect Enrique & Jon very Highly that they never wavered no matter what & helped me as a customer 100%, so diligently with Care & Kindness that it is Amazing!

I'm impressed by the Team effort, so well co-ordinated by the entire mgmt of this store that we the customers are v lucky to see such Excellent managers & I give lots of credit to the store mgr Jon Rudolph & Asstt store mgr Enrique! This store have never had such wonderful mgrs before in decades ever since 1990's since Home Depot opened this store. It is indeed Commendable!!!

I hope the HD Co as a whole Recognize it's Outstanding Managers & appreciate their Dedication, hard work & contributions as we the customers appreciate! It does take a lot of effort to do business so diligently!

I respect the mgmt of this store---Jon, Enrique, Brandon, Kelly, Sonia very much so & I thank them All for being there for customers!

It was my first time at that Home Depot. They have a very nice selection of plants and decent prices! I bought a really nice Christmas cactus. Friendly staff, too.

Omar with the wood cut was very nice, he helped carry my wood planks to my truck. I am starting to get old and my back is starting to ache, really appreciate the help. 10/10 would have loved to leave a big tip but I didn't have cash on me.

My sister and I went to Home Depot to get a Christmas tree that she had put on hold. They could not find the tree anywhere. The staff at this Home Depot were amazing! Tyler went over and above trying to find the tree -Randall, Laurel, and Cheryl all were so helpful! They really seemed like they loved their job which they said that they did love their job! We are very appreciative and we will make this our home store to shop even though we live in Saint Paul. We highly recommend this Home Depot and their Christmas displays were really fun outside! If you need anything for the house the yard or just about anything else Home Depot will have it they also have. educated staff that can and will teach you show you whatever it takes for you to know and understand how to install fix build or whatever it is your doing at the home office wherever I stead of hiring it out for so eone else to do they even have employees that can and will come and do some work that you need done home Depot is pretty much the place to go for all your home improvement activities

I was dealing with Home Depot Corporate on a tricky and complicated exchange of an item. Through that conversation, I was connected to store manager Enrique, who promptly assisted me (with little backstory repeating) and quickly resolved my exchange. Thank you, Enrique!

I've always appreciated Home Depot for their investment in their people, technology, and their customer service processes. I'll continue to patronize Home Depot as much as I can. Their service is unparalleled.

Awesome customer service and pro service also very good most of the time they know what are you looking for and they have very good suggestions hot to accomplish a project with good quality products and they make sure to give you the minimum required for the city code or inspections.

Of course nobody is perfect sometimes you will find someone having a bad day or someone don’t know but in general very good store ! One of my favorites.

Had a great overall experience today At this home depot, it is good to find employees in the city at home depot that are friendly, courteous and helpful. I have been looking for a Specific rug for a few months, And with the help from the flooring department We were able to find the rug that I was looking for in store. This was incredibly convenient for me. And thanks to Joy, In the self checkout lane, I was able to save $25 off my purchase with her suggestion that I open a home depot Account. Thanks all for your wonderful help!

I came here for some paper lawn bags. Having never been here before, I had no idea where to look. Only a moment after walking in, an employee offered assistance. Turns out, the bags were 10 feet away! In and out in 5 minutes!

Our Home Depot is my favorite spring time place to go. A lot of customers and a lot of help from the workers there.
We were informed and got good advice from Jon. The delivery and installation was seamless so thank you. We are happy customers.

The customer service at this location was great. Gary in the Appliance section was soooo helpful!!! Anytime you have questions they give you detailed answers.

This gentleman was serving you for an hour and a half. With a lot of patience 😜and a good sense of humor.😂 I always look for a better price on items and what I like the most is that he is a dog lover.🥰 every time you saw a puppy.🐕🐩. He took snacks out of his work skirt and gave her more, he played with them. The visit today at The Home Depot was so nice, that he had to let her know👌 .. that this gentleman has a lot of empathy when he provides Customer Service 🏆

Abel in lighting was amazing and so helpful. He helped me find a difficult light bulb size and made sure it was the correct one. He didn't make me feel like I was bothering him or wasting his time at all and he was patient and took the time to make sure I found what I needed. While I was waiting for a manager to tell them this, several other employees were friendly and made sure I got what I needed and didn't need additional help. This store is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone who needs any hardware assistance.
