Office Depot

I love this Office Depot because it’s convenient and there’s always people there to help you. I especially like the printing and copying department. The folks there are always helpful and really smart.
The only thing that would improve this Office Depot is if they offered free popcorn!

A couple things made my experience stand out. I needed a small print job done last minute and the store was able to get it done within 15-20 min of when I called. Once I got to the store, I also picked up a buy 1 get 1 set of pens as a gift. Turns out I picked up a pack that was hung in the wrong location but Omar was still accommodating and took care of me. I ended up switching out the incorrect ones for the real B1G1 and Amy the manager provided great customer services. I knew the gift recipient would like a matching set, so thank you for helping me extra!

Quarry store well stocked; excellent service, very friendly, helpful customer service & quick checkout. Our business has no need to go anywhere else. Our business is nearby and its faster than going online; highly recommend Office Depot!

Home Depot is a good one stop destination for office supplies, printing and copy, as well as shipping services. You can pick up a gift card or a gift there. They have a wide assortment of office machines, supplies and furniture in-store and online. Overall, Office Depot provides a good shopping experience.

Easy to order my print job online. It was nicely mounted on foam core, completed when I needed it, and even delivered to the car. Very satisfied!

Kerri was empathetic about my return, made an exception considering my situation, and was nothing but kind to me about it. He is a shining example of a great customer service manager and I will always shop at this store because of him.

This is the strongest and best customer service experience I’ve had in quite some time. And these great experiences are becoming less and less common. Kerri is to thank for it.

And willing to order and try and get a "more difficult" item, within a day. SOMETIMES CALLING YOU THE DAY THE ORDERED IT if it comes in.

I have been a officemax customer for many many years I typically have gone to one store but I now only go to the New Brighton Minnesota store as the general manager Brian is professional prompt and productive to my needs.

Omar at Office Depot in New Brighton Was a wonderful & exceptional associate. Meeting all of our expectations & went above and beyond! We went into the store to find a office chair, we couldn't decide or find the right type of chair and found out we were looking at it all wrong; Omar gave us two options of two remarkable chairs helping us decide off of quality and fit body needs 🫡🤗

I had some urgent printing needs for my board meeting. Savannah went out of her way to assist me.She saved the day! Her expertise, professionalism, and kindness were exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of her work!

I went to several places looking for ink for my Epson printer. Office Max was the only place I could find it. The service was very helpful and friendly.

I got everything I needed in one stop yesterday at Office Depot, including COVID test kits that I couldn't get anywhere near by and I live in the city! I also found a new kind of crayon for kids that will be fun in the car on the big family camping trip this summer - break resistant, 24 colors, long lasting. When ink was in short supply this winter and I couldn't get it in store they ordered it to be delivered to my home and I got it next day! They have such a wide variety of products I often stop there first on my shopping trips.
