Stumbled into Tare Market next to Spy House in NE Minneapolis. I love everything sustainable and this store has some amazing finds. Purchased a Norpro One Gallon Ceramic Compost Keeper and I am so excited put my waste for good use.

What a wonderful idea! This place has a variety of items in bulk, with a genuine desire to reduce waste and contribute to improved environmental stewardship. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always filled with good energy. And the smells! This place smells fantastic. I could just walk around and sniff the air 🤣.

So excited that Tare opened another location! Their selection of products makes transitioning to a more eco-friendly, zero waste lifestyle much easier - and fun too! The Northeast location is such a beautiful space and a great addition to all the different businesses in the Broadway Building.

I love Tare Market!! I’m so grateful to have a low-waste store in the Twin Cities that has not just one but two locations!! If you forget to bring containers, there are free containers available. But I love to hold onto jars and containers to bring here to donate!! There’s also a lot of recycling drop off here too for items that typically aren’t recyclable such as phone cases and shoes. They have everything you need! I’d love to see Tare Market expand even further one day to include non-pantry food items.

I had high expectations after watching their IG from afar and they were exceeded when I finally got to visit! Especially appreciate the hair products and unscented lotion.

Wonderful place to refill food and household items to eliminate waste and plastic in the home and in life. Love having it in the neighborhood. Their candles are locally made and smell amazing. Also, their chocolate covered pretzels are the best in the land. Nothing compares.

I love this store!!! I want everyone to know about it. So easy to get just the right amount of what you need. Dry goods. Ingredients. Snacks. Personal hygiene. The selection is huge & there are so many donated containers every time I am there to reuse if you need them! Or you can just bring your own.

Also their stickers for weighing & labeling are perfect on stasher bags. They stay put, but come off clean with no sticky residue.

LOVE this shop. Bring in your flour and sugar canisters and fill directly. Skip the bags! Great selection of herbs and teas. Vinegar, honey, maple syrup, and kombucha. Good variety of cleaning and beauty products, too. This will be your go-to for bulk products in NE Mpls!

I absolutely love this shop! It's right on my way home from work and they have all the basics to begin and maintain your zero waste lifestyle. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I love the bulk foods section, they have most of the basics as well as a few different treats so I like to get a little of something different every time to make it even extra fun to visit. It's easy to use your own containers but they also usually have a good amount of jars and pump bottles available for purchase if you didn't bring enough.

I love this store so much. If you want to embrace zero waste living and find products that are good for you and the planet, this is where you want to shop! They make zero waste living so easy.

Also+ Their shower steamers are heavenly. The bulk peanut butter cups are delishious. And the staff is super helpful!

Love this place! They have bulk food, storage containers, personal grooming, house cleaners, and more! I do wish they still had the Kind laundry soap instead of the new one. I tried both and now order Kind online. Still, I love stopping by!

Shopping bulk items made easy, plus love the spirit of generosity around the free containers and collective recycling programs like sneakers, beauty products, teeth care materials, etc.

Love this place! Bring your own jars and stock up on your bulk kitchen ingredients. We love the peanut butter and it’s SO MUCH CHEAPER than the natural peanut butter sold in the grocery store.

Loved this store so much. So many great zero waste options to choose from, and the employees were very helpful and willing to answer all questions I had about how to be more eco-friendly. Additionally, the parking lot was a great bonus and saved me from having to try to find street side parking. Definitely going to make this store a staple in my life!

Great second location! It’s a busy area, but I found parking fairly easily. So glad there’s another plastic-free store in Minneapolis!
