I went in for a pick up order and saw the store had a larger discount for a single item than the discount I got online. I asked if it was possible to return my online pick up order and get the better discount and they took the time to figure it out for me! Special thanks to Ira and Zach!

This has been my go-to Michaels for years, some items might be cheaper elsewhere but the discounts often make up for it on larger items

Amazing craft store.... One of my favorite places to shop.... . I am a tattoo artist , painter and love to draw.... Michaels has some deals that one cannot pass up.... Online coupons make Michaels even more than amazing.... Plus, the custom frames they make for you,, beautifully crafted and elegant.... Thank you Michaels for everything....

It has a fairly decent variety of art supplies and other materials for crafts and more.. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Also I love that it's conveniently located with other stores all in the same vicinity.

The employees were very helpful and the store was well stocked. It wasn't so busy that I couldn't move around inside either, which is great, as a plus size person. This has become my go to location.

I go here all the time to pick up painting supplies and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. Recently I went in to get custom framing for an art piece and Maddie was amazing!! she walked me through everything and what all of my options were and was so helpful. highly recommend if you need something framed or just to pick up some art supplies.

This is a great Michael's. The employees are helpful and friendly, and they have a good stock of everything you need. The store is clean and organized. Great sales, good deals. I would definitely recommend becoming a member of their rewards program so you can take advantage of the coupons!

Deidre in framing did a beautiful job framing my grandparents wedding 💍💒 picture from 1924. She is so very artistic and accommodating. Just hope she decides to work at the Art Museum 🎨 some day!

The store was clean and well kept. Our cashier was very friendly and worked quickly. We were able to find everything we needed (and then some). I'll be coming back to this location for sure. Nice thing is there's almost always a sale going on. Definitely sign up for the rewards program! Not too many emails.

I needed a bigger, hotter hot glue gun to laminate corrugated cardboard into a cat scratching block.
They had that bigger, hotter hot glue gun. The size that used to be standard. But that glue gun takes the fatter glue sticks (0.44 inch diameter, used to be standard) which I didn't see at first. With some digging, I found two bags of those sticks in the back, at the bottom, of a bin of the smaller glue sticks.
Mission accomplished, but it somebody else needs to be able to lay down a lot of hot glue quickly before Michael's restocks, they will fail where I succeeded.

The scratching block is ready. Now I need some cats.

Bought some pillows for my car. Got 70% off. Pretty Good deal. If you wanna shop for crafting, knitting or sewing they got stuff available there too they sell pretty much decoration for the house.

I used their customized framing services by Aaron Brothers and I am so happy with the service and quality of product I received! I had never used this service before so I was a little nervous on picking out the right frame and mat (It was a rather large painting and I was giving it as a gift.) The sales associate made excellent suggestions and was very patient in letting me play around with all the different options. The end product was beautiful, completed on time, and showed excellent craftsmanship. I am impressed and definitely recommend their services!

Placed an order online for an in-store pickup. The actual pick-up went smoothly. Nikki helped me and this wasn't my first experience interacting with her. She is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I really appreciate her and her service. She represents Michaels very well and deserves a higher up position. 🌟✨

Lots of crafty things in this store. Staff was very nice and personable. Great place for folks who have a creative side they want to develop! Not that keen on Michael's sales and coupon strategy but fun store to browse.

The store is always well stocked. The only thing I did not like was there were permanent markers on the same end cap as the paint markers so I had to return to the store for an exchange. I failed to be very observant and am ultimately happy with this store in general.

I love Michaels and generals however this particular Michaels is quiet have a good selection of items. I love their paint and canvases both quality and price. Everytime I come here I feel that the staff is actually wanting to help me. I always spend a good amount of time here because it's a relaxing location
