Red's Shoe Barn

What a great shoe store!! 3 floors of every shoe you could think of and then some! We literally spent about 4 hours there today. One of the staff members, Jeremy, went above and beyond to help us and provide excellent customer service. We had planned of buying several pairs of shoes, and my husband needed work boots. Jeremy helped us selecting and trying out so many pairs of shoes. He was very pleasant to talk to, and was so patient with both of us needing sizes, and never seemed annoyed with us. He is certainly a great asset to Reds Shoe Barn. We spent time selecting shoes because we don’t go out often to get great, quality shoes. We ended up getting several pairs of shoes, and my husband did find quality boots for work. Very grateful Jeremy helped us, and we will be going back for hiking shoes soon! They also have North Face, Columbia and various name brand clothing, socks, gloves, hats, and much more, including a large 3rd floor area of kids everything! Great prices, clearance shoes too, and the area was really nice to drive around. Thanks Reds Shoe Barn, Jeremy and other staff who were helpful too. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to needs! Tough to find nowadays!

I needed a new pair of trail shoes and dropped in to grab whatever they had.

On top of helping me find exactly what I needed they also helped me find a great pair of house shoes and suggested some great hiking spots I had never heard of.

A friend told me about this factory. I never imagined that I would find this wonderful assortment of shoes. The store is full of different models and colors. They are true professionals in the shoe industry. The staff is very cooperative. The prices are a little high. But in... The truth is worth it

I have extremely weird feet. My heel is super skinny, but my toe box is very wide. It makes finding shoes a very daunting task, and yet I seem to always find something at Reds! The staff is always very helpful. Today someone recommended a pair of Altras which are a zero drop and have a wide toe box. I haven't found a shoe that fits so good in YEARS! (Because I don't live anywhere near a Reds anymore, lol) I've tried REI, Scheels, and other stores "known for their wide selection of shoes" and none can even remotely compete with the selection offered at Reds. Even my grandmother, who developed severe arthritis in her feet before passing, seemed to always manage to find a shoe that fit at Reds thanks to their availability of double-wide options. I'm thrilled to see that despite the economic difficulties placed on stores right now that Reds is still true to their name.

The consistently have the best prices on all their products. I never have to worry about “Can I get these for less elsewhere?”

It's the best place to buy shoes on the seacoast. They have excellent customer service and variety to choose from.

We have bought shoes for the entire family here for as long as we can remember. Great service, selection, and reasonable pricing. Wouldn't shop for shoes anywhere else in this area.

I refuse to buy things from China. While that drastically reduces my choices and adds costs, I do it gladly.
I went in today to find slippers. I was fine with the Dominican Republic. Even saved a bit being a member!
Glad to find various socks made in the USA!
In the past have found great work shoes made in USA!

Really great place for shoes, boots etc. Been here many times for new work/ personal boots. They also have a great selection of Carhartt clothing. Got myself a few Carhartt clothing for a good price. Great customer service and great place to shop for boots. Will be back in the future.

I have shopped at Red's Shoe Barn my whole life: over 50 years! The best shoes and newest styles at reasonable prices with cheerful staff to help you. They also have clothing and accessories from Patagonia and other well known sources. Can't visit Dover without stopping and shopping here!

It was great. The young man up in the children's department was very knowledgeable and personable. He helped us figure out a decent sneaker for my kid.
Went again and a nice woman helped me choose a cushion for my kids cleats

The sales associate was tremendously knowledgeable and very helpful. I went with sneakers built in the United States of America by New balance. Not cheap but apparently the material and craftsmanship is better than those made overseas. I'm a type 2 diabetic with hammer toes so I have a lot of foot and toe issues. Hopefully these new sneakers and the timberland insoles he sold me that fit the arch of my foot better than the insoles that come in the original sneakers hold up longer and treat my feet better

Customer service was excellent. They were extremely busy when we went, Saturday afternoon. But we did not wait for help, and got exactly what we needed very quickly. The prices are amazing, the sales are even better and they have a rewards program too! Love Reds, only place we buy shoes or boots, ever.

My teenage son needed hiking boots for an extensive trip. Andrew showed us the proper way to assess the footwear, and provided a number of options to try on, unasked. Very happy we came to Red’s.

Took my dad there for new shoes. He's diabetic. The young man that assisted us was outstanding!! He was helpful, professional and very informative about any shoe we asked about. Came out with new, comfortable shoes. They didn't have the moccasin slippers in his size but ordered them for us.

I’m new to the area and someone recommend Red’s to me for new work shoes. Niko was really friendly and accommodating. Spent over an hour with me while I tried on about a dozen different types of shoes. The pair I wanted had to be special ordered, but I wasn’t concerned. He did warn me it would take 3-5 weeks. Imagine my surprise when I got a call in just 1 week! Everyone there is very friendly, accommodating and easy going.
I’ll be back for sure!
