By the time a friend suggested I get in touch with Jeff, I was beyond stressed, frustrated, and confused trying to purchase health insurance on my own. Jeff’s professional knowledge and outstanding customer service definitely exceeds ANY healthcare company out their. My husband and I have never had such amazing response times and Jeff is always willing to help no matter what it may be or what he may be dealing with. He listened to my feedback and developed my plan accordingly, so I was left feeling confident that I had exactly the coverage I wanted.

Without being overly critical, I tried to give Jeff an opportunity to learn from his mistakes and/or at least recognize that he had provided absolute worst policy for our situation as well as sold us useless supplemental programs. He did not. I was told that I was just unhappy. This is after paying $45,000 out of pocket for an emergency surgery in Colorado and countless hours of ME (not him) trying to work with AMbetter to get what we deserved.
