Extra Space Storage

Joel helped me book the storage space rental initially and he was a huge help! I virtually booked the rental online and he called me within 20 minutes to finish the booking process in a stress-free, and quick manner. He was very helpful and descriptive throughout the whole process and gave me insight into the latest offers and deals they were providing (first month completely free!). After I know longer needed the storage space he canceled it for me on the spot so I know longer would be charged. Overall he was a great help!

My dad recently got a unit here. It has been nothing but a positive, pleasant experience. I am extremely happy with the customer service and treatment both of us have received! Thank you!

So far so good. Polite and helpful staff. Only been with them a week or so but no issues.

First month free is great since we’re moving. Only have to pay for admin fees and insurance.

Kind of wish insurance wasn’t mandatory, I would’ve taken the gamble. But it was only 11 bucks.

My long time storage facility was just sold to Extra Space Storage, and I was extremely worried that we would see huge price hikes & a corporate lack of empathy for its customers- I am happy to say I was very wrong! They honored our rental agreements and the price, as well as waived late fees due to confusion with the switch in ownership and some auto-pay failures. They were exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful! Very pleased with the new management! 🙂

This place has worked with me and helped me during my move. I called today to make a late payment and Joel was kind and made it very easy while answering my questions. When I need to store things again, I'll definitely come back here and recommend to friends as well

Very friendly and helpful staff! Joel went above and beyond to help get me into one of my units I was locked out of and let me know about some new policies that would help prevent that in the future! I am very impressed with the new management and will definitely be continuing my business with them whenever I need a little extra space ☺

I came in person to Extra Space in Dover. I had some questions about the new lease. Cheryl was the representative who helped me. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Given that Extra Space is the new lessor after 10 plus years of a great experience with the previous owner, 56 Self-Storage, this was a nice start to a new business relationship. Joel was awesome!! He answered all my questions, was patient and very friendly!! We needed to rent a unit for college dorm extras and the process was so easy!! I would highly recommend!! These guys are so excellent to work with - incredibly kind, competent, accommodating, and professional. They're going through some issues with construction at the moment which limited access for a while, but they're handling it really well.
