I picked up model Y yesterday and process was super professional, simple and straightforward.

I went to test drive on Monday and communicate with them over text message, and on the day picking up I just need to sign and drop the check.

I loved business that always giving a little bit more effort to get things done such as getting commercial license plate and title information.

The price is fair here, no additional or hidden cost from the listing price and no pushing towards warranty purchase.

I’ll consider this dealership as my first option for purchasing used EV next time for my Turo fleet.

This is the second time we bought a car through Green Light in Daly City. I did extensive research and talked to more than one dealership, and I can say the folks at Green Light are great. They have always communicated quickly and been straightforward and competent. They have good quality cars at competitive prices and don’t tack on any extra fees or apply any sales pressure. They are efficient and knowledgeable- including implementing the used EV point of sale tax credit.

It was an odd experience, because you're typically expecting salesmen all up on your face with deals and offers (this was our experience when we went to a dealership in San Leandro the previous week). Instead, there was no fan fare. No one was on the prowl while we were walking around the Green Light lot. We simply went into the offices and mentioned which car we wanted to check out. Once we were ready to make a purchase, they also helped with the paperwork for the incentives. I would absolutely buy an EV from them again and highly recommend others looking to buy a used EV to at least check out Green Light.

Pro-tip: if you see a car that you like, go check it out right away. We missed out on a few deals because my family and I were waiting til the weekend. Cars fly off the shelf in here since it's such a pleasant experience and you can't help but feel motivated to buy car right then and there, and their selection of EVs is pretty good.

Bought our car here at Green Light Auto. BEST shopping experience ever. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Unlike those typical dishonest car salesmen who willing to say whatever to get you buy a car. These guys don’t do sale talks but to guide us in making an informed decision. Sharing the pros and cons of each car we were interested in. Very professional and interested in serving customers’ need. We live in Sacramento and will definitely buy from them again if we ever need a car. They definitely worth the 2-hour drive.

The entire process of purchasing a car from Green Light Auto (Arturo specifically) was super straightforward. Everything was very laid back. I already had an idea of which car I was going to buy before I got there, but I got to check out a few different cars on the lot before settling on the one I liked most.
Prices were all competitive with dealers in the area so no complaints from me. I was basically in and out within an hour and a half.

Working with the gentlemen here was EASY! I was able to arrange a test drive before driving 1.5hrs away and they had the vehicle ready and charged (in case I purchased it).
I already had my own financing and insurance so once I decided to buy the car we finished the paperwork and was out in about 2 hours to include test driving two Teslas.
They were no pressure and didn't try to sell me any extras. They offered extended warranties but never made me feel awkward for saying no. I would 100% buy from these guys again. Shout out to Arturo for making this the easiest and fastest experience I've ever had buying a car from a dealer.
He also made sure I understood everything I was signing and answered all of my questions and if he didn't know, he found the answer. Seriously, awesome! Thanks again guys!

I want to write a review on my interactions with Green Light Auto. Reached out via the number listed on their website on the Premier Bolt EV. Received response fairly quickly. Subsequent exchange throughout the day was good - GreenLight was transparent about the pricing structure. Didn't try to get me to test drive first before committing to numbers. I ended up needing to buy a Bolt that's much closer to where I live as Daly City was too far. But I appreciated the clear + positive exchange and thus wanted to leave a review still. Breath of fresh air compared to many frustrating experiences with traditional dealership.

I looked up the car on their website and called them to confirm the availability. They answered all of my questions patiently over the phone and via texts. The onsite purchasing experience was also very good. Paperwork was prompt and quick. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I did not find charger in the trunk and informed them about it. They knew that I was going to purchase the car anyways so they could have told me to purchase the car as is. However, Al went to the storage room and found me a spare charger from there.

The charger only costs 200-300$ so it's not a big deal in terms of money, but it shows their customer friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help.

Don't think twice, if you like a car on their website or their parking lot then go and talk to them.

They had the lowest price I could find with very low mileage, so it was an all-around good purchase, especially considering how difficult it is to find the color I purchased. Arturo at Green Light made the process of buying a car easier than going to Costco. The original price was extremely reasonable and I was given a drive out of the door price before I even showed up. He promised we would be done in 15 minutes and delivered on that. I cannot more highly recommend this place if you are in the market for an electric car. At what's probably the worst time in history to buy a car, I was happy I found Green Light Auto Wholesale. First, they stock - and are knowledgable on - Chevy Bolts and other EVs (they had quite a few Bolts in stock). Second, they are an upfront, no hassle dealership. Staff is friendly and helpful with no pressure. They have Carfax reports on every vehicle on the lot. Pricing is firm, but fair (actually, I would say, very good). They seem to have their acquisition process down so they can sell vehicles at a decent price. They're very good at getting you out the door efficiently with all the proper paperwork taken care of. Very happy they had a Bolt that met my criteria in stock. David and Fred were very helpful. I would definitely recommend Green Light Auto to others.
